Not what it used to be. My steak tonight is mostly going home to my dogs. It was perfectly cooked, but…They forgot to season it. It tastes like liver. My shrimp had almost no seasoning and my aussie fries were barely cheesy despite the extra $2. My Caesar salad contained more pink lettuce than green so I left half of that. Overall? Underwhelmed. This place needs some new cooks who know how to season food. I remember when outback had tons of flavor! It’s actually kind of sad. I guess like many of these other long standing, 90s heyday restaurants, quality is going downhill. I don’t care if it’s free, next time I want a good steak I’ll head to Ruth’s Chris, Connors, Flemings or even Aubrey’s. Saving grace were the very kind staff!.

Winter and James have been my go to servers since I’ve been coming to this Outback since the week of Christmas. Winter in James are exceptional servers that care about their clients and treat you like family every time you come in there. Especially we had the grandbabies everybody at Outback treated the kids great, the kids never had a problem with getting in either food or getting drinks and keeping the kids Happy while the adults got to enjoy our time as well.

We arrived tonight at 6pm. We came for a date night we rarely get with our baby. We ordered and by 7:30 after waiting close to an hour and a half, we asked for our food to go because our child was hungry and tired. Our waitress then handed me our take out and said “here you go dude”. I understand things get busy but it’s so rare for us to get a date night anymore & this experience was just very disappointing. We paid 70 dollars to get cold food to eat at home.

It’s been awhile since my husband and I dined here. There’s a reason this location has been here for so long. Everything was superb. ..from the greeting to the service. We were promptly seated. All of the food was great..from the warm bread and crisp fresh tasting salad to my succulent filet mignon and delicious lobster tail. This was our 32 wedding anniversary and the meal was great.
Also cute new updates to the drink menu. I got the Koala Punch..a cute fruity pink rum drink with an adorable matching keepsake rubber ducky koala chilling on the top.

Foods great ! One tiny fix on to go orders my croutons on my salad were saugy and the cheese made it mushy, but I cleaned my plate !! Outbacks salads are by far the most delicious I have had in a very long time,KUDOS Outbackers your steaks are great too so don’t stop blowin it up. Thanks for amazing food

It wasn’t the best experience for sure! Had to wait almost an hour for steaks and when they did come out the steak was not cooked right. Sent it back 1 min later they bring it back out still not cooked right! Server had to be asked to refill drinks! You would think that if you’re spending over $150.00 for dinner that the food would be prepared right the first time, but when you send it back and it comes out looking the exact same as it did before, then there is something really wrong in their quality standards. Sorry we will not be back, worst experience ever
