The server was nice and attentive, but it took almost an hour to get our entrees. They were apologetic, but that’s still a long time. The app and bread did come out quick as well. They did have two large parties. When the food came out, my wife’s steak was not cooked to the proper temperature and my shrimp were laying in grease. Overall, okay experience, but not coming back.

I drove in from Memphis with my family on Christmas Eve. We stopped @ Outback on Charlotte Pike for lunch, it was freezing cold inside (I couldn’t get comfortable because it was too cold). My Nashville hot wings looked & tasted like they had been cooked in OLD grease (I ate only three of them & threw the rest away). My daughter’s chicken tenders were apparently cooked in the same OLD grease as my wings. The blooming onion was NOT good either (was soaked in old grease). The restaurant wasn’t busy at all. The waitress was extremely polite though. My party consisted of five adults & my 1 year old grandson. I’ve never eaten @ Outback and had such TERRIBLE food. Sorry Outback, I won’t be back.

So I’ll start by saying I love Outback. I normally go to the one in Rivergate though. Today I came here because I have some other stuff to do out here. First, my silverware still had food on it. I understand the stains from the dishwasher but not food still stuck on my fork/knife It isn’t my waiters fault but normally your waiter is asking you if you need anything, this one did not. I’ve had to call my waiter several times just for basic stuff, the original silverware, a new silverware, the broccoli being brown… overall just not a good experience. I won’t be back.

Went here on a lunch trip with my family. The food was pretty good, I ordered the shrimp on the Barbie. Service was really slow, considering there weren’t that many people in the restaurant. But either way, it was a good lunch.

Our waitress, Jasmine, was the sweetest. I always get excellent service here. The food was great. I had the 12 oz ribeye streak with loaded baked potato and house salad. It was all delicious.

Went there July 8th around 5:15pm. Was seated real fast. Had menu’s and was reviewing them. The people behind us was ordering drinks. Server took their order and left. We sat there for 20 mins waiting for her to return. She came back with their salad’s. Another server saw me staring are her and asked if we been helped. Her name was Anna. She took our order and was promptly back us. That first server never looked or asked us anything! She doesn’t know how to multitask! I’m glad Anna took care of us! Might be back…

Yesterday I had to do something I would never wish on anyone and send my baby to Rainbow Bridge. I wanted to get him a steak dinner before I had to say goodbye,so I called and spoke to the manager and explained the situation to him. He said they would do everything they could to make sure that Thor had a good experience and they definitely did. We had a seat on the patio and our server was wonderful. She was kind and compassionate to the situation. Thor loves his huge steak dinner and his dessert. I can never thank y’all enough. It truly made the memories I wanted for my little time I had left with him.
