Second time in … food was great I got the ribeye and steak . Drinks amazing and the staff is always friendly. Fried mushrooms were very oily… and the free bread … is … I’m assuming an aussie tradition or something… because it’s not that good or appetizing in my opinion… otherwise the meal was amazing… However, I understand that it this was a busy weekend… Valentines day… and the busy Sunday crowds… but we have to do better with bussing the areas… the tables get wiped decently but the floors were atrocious… soo much food and debris were under our table both of the ladies i were with had difficulty getting in and out of our booth as a gentleman I always make sure to assist with anyone with me but it was almost impossible for even myself to keep my balance at times…. again otherwise a great experience

Due to a serious mixup with DoorDash, we were missing our entire delivery order. DoorDash refused to credit us the correct amount since it was the Dasher’s fault for grabbing the wrong bag (we ordered $250 worth of food for a celebratory meal.) Even though it was NOT Outback’s fault, Shannon still made it her mission to correct the problem. We were given the correct order, plus gift cards, plus dessert as an apology from a business that was NOT at fault. If you want genuine, above and beyond service, go check out Outback. A huge thanks again to Shannon & Sheryl for making this night so much better, and for having such amazing customer service hospitality!!!

We were a party of 6 and we’re told it would be roughly 45 min. It being a friday night, no big deal. About 20 min in waiting inside we see a large round table party leave. Then about 10 min later the large table next to that also finish up. At about 45 min we ask how much longer and are informed when a table becomes available. It was quite annoying considering we were standing next to 2 tables that were empty for at least 25 min but hadnt been cleaned off yet. We are seated at about the 50 min mark. Ordered food and drink fine, everything came out in a timely manor. ALL the steaks were way over seasoned with pepper or whatever. My niece’s kids steak was so peppered around her mouth was quite red and irritated to the point of tears. Informed the waitress and was given a burger (nice asked for it). It was her birthday dinner and she wanted steak but she was scared to order a other one….Oh and the 2 large tables still had dirty dishes on them when we left. Will not be returning to this particular Outback

Me and a friend came in on Wednesday and sat in a booth in the bar area for lunch. We had not eaten it outback into years because we had had a couple of bad experiences at another location. Cassie was our server and is honestly the best service I have ever had. I was a manager of the front of the house years ago at a similar type restaurant. I trained servers and hostesses, etc., but Cassie is literally the best server I’ve ever seen and had. Everything we ate was absolutely delicious. Jonese, the front of the house manager came by our table and what a sweetheart of a lady. We told her how wonderful everything was and she was so happy and thanked us for coming. Thank you ladies so much!

We waited an extra half hour than quoted, waited to order after being sat for 20 more minutes, and finally after almost an hour we got our food which was so so. Not worth the price or the wait. No communication either, idk if they were short staffed, kitchen was backed up, etc. but even an explanation would’ve been nice

Second time coming here and the service was phenomenal. Cassie was awesome!! She was so kind and very understanding with our requests. I was with a group ( 4 people ) and she was attentive and made sure we had everything hot and fresh even though there was a storm and there was to be a possible power outage. She told customers behind us “all I care about is for the table in front of you ( my table ) to get there food and checks and you guys have your wine.” Our blooming onion was great and our food was hot and ready is less than 10 minutes!! Cassie was awesome and she was the best server we’ve had in a very long time.

Place was packed on a Saturday evening. The hostess was friendly and the waiting area comfortable. We got a text in about 30 minutes when our table is ready, very convenient.
Our server was friendly. We ordered our drinks and a blooming onion right away, and our meals shortly after. The drinks, appetizer, and bread showed up pretty quickly. Had to ask for plates; and even though we had repeatedly asked for silverware, it was over an hour (well after the blooming onion and salads showed up) before we got any.
We asked for drink refills, the server asked us if we wanted drink refills, we asked for drink refills again before our server decided to do it herself and we finally got some drink refills. She also asked us if we wanted more bread, we never got that.
The blooming onion was good; the dipping sauce was a bit dry (you know, like it was left out too long and gets a little hard on top).
The Alice chicken had good flavor but the bacon was sad. Both salmon dishes were good but we never got all of our sides.
While the staff was friendly and tried to be accommodating, not having silverware and some of our food made it extremely difficult to enjoy our dinner.

Sat right away on a Saturday night at 5:30. Not busy. Service was just ok. We Had to wait a bit for our food, and the bloomin onion was good. Wedge salad & House salad good. Husband said filet was good, my Alice springs chicken and steak was not what I was expecting…with smallest piece of chicken ever, and dry. (See pic) our server brought the check before asking if we wanted dessert. It was my mom’s birthday, so I asked for a piece of carrot cake to go. It was just ok.

I get that it’s Veterans Day weekend but the section with the veterans were definitely not prioritized. We waited 10 mins to order drinks and apps, another 10-20 mins for food, and now as we wait for a to go trays and the dessert it’s been 30 minutes. Our waitress was super nice but I watched people that came after us get in and out faster than we did. My recommendation is if you want quick service sit at the bar, the bar tender is killing it.

Alice chicken is great every time I come, this time switched it up with some steak. I’m not a fan normally of eating steak but it was decent, hot and cooked to preferred doneness. The blooming onion gets me every time though , love onions but hate that they don’t ever cook them long enough. Yes I said it, its always gooey and has uncooked batter in the middle. PLEASE start leaving it in for 2 more minutes. Other then that it was a good meal for a decent price.
