Sat at the bar and the bar tender Colby was great! Made the best smoked old fashion! Food was great too! I have a gluten allergy and they made everything with care.

The food was amazing as always! I have Celiac disease so eating out is scary for me. This is one of the few restaurants I regularly go to and feel safe eating at. Great lunch as always and keep the chocolate thunder from down under for ever! Best gluten free dessert!!!

Service and atmosphere are amazing. However, their gluten free menu is very limited and for some reason they bread the fries? So not a lot of options for gluten free folks. If there was more would attend more often because the place and service are great!

We were so excited to come to this Outback Steakhouse but the food was definitely lackluster. My steak came out DOUSED in seasoning. It was so hot it took my breath away. I sent it back and when they finally came back some twenty minutes later with a new one the poor steak was still bleeding. I had ordered it medium and it was rare. They did take the meal off but overcharged my son for a prime rib meal instead of his steak combo. I didn’t find out until after leaving the restaurant. Outback Steakhouse used to be so delicious but I wouldn’t recommend coming to this one with the currant kitchen staff. Our server was trying his best but no one except my son who ordered salmon and my daughter to ordered teriyaki steak skewers. At least the blooming onion was good but the prices for everything else was ridiculous. Before long Outback will price themselves out of business.

The food was delicious but the service was trash. We arrived around 4 and were seated. They forgot to bring me my drink. Then during our entire meal we only had the drink they brought when we arrived. Never saw our waiter after he took our order. Then they added another tables food to our bill but they did resolve that didnt charge us for our drinks (since we only had one). We most likely will not be returning to this location.

Ordered online and picked up at the restaurant. Our food was brought out to the car within 2 minutes of the estimated time. Cooked as ordered and everything was the correct temperature. Staff was very professional and quick with the order.

The new outback resturants are much more open with a longer bar rather than the traditional u shaped bar. Nice restaurant inside. We were seated quickly and checked on by management more than once. Our server did a good job to. We all had the outback sirloin. Cooked either medium or medium rare. They were all spot on temperature and seasoned well. The salads, sides, and blooming onion were good to. Great dining experience. My wife also had the Alice Springs chicken which was good.

Every employee, but three were just sitting and eating while we waited for our waitress throughout our meal. We were never served any bread, we figured it was no longer being offered. For the $100 we spent, I’m extremely disappointed.

We went for lunch and our waiter was top tier! Very attentive, friendly and super helpful. Appetizers came out quickly and were delicious. Our drinks were 10/10 and lunch was fantastic. The steak was cooked to perfection and well seasoned. Try it out, you won’t regret it.

Tonight I had the absolute displeasure of trying Outback. We arrived around 7:20pm to a restaurant that was far from busy—yet somehow still a mess. The hostess stand was empty, and all the hostesses were sitting in a booth in the back right corner. Weird choice considering the front of the house looked like a disaster. Trash on the floor, dirty surfaces… and of course the first thing I thought was, “If this is what the front looks like, I don’t even want to imagine the kitchen.”
We were seated and greeted by our server. Drinks came out fine, and we ordered our food shortly after. While we waited—easily 10–15 minutes—the table behind us placed their order. Around the same time, another table was seated. By the time we’d been waiting close to 30 minutes with no food, both of those tables (who ordered well after we did) had already gotten theirs.
Our food didn’t show up for almost 50 minutes. And when it finally did, my “medium” filet somehow ranged from nearly raw on one side to well-done on the other. Impressive in the worst way possible.
At that point, I was ready to leave. I went up front and asked for a manager. After waiting nearly 10 minutes, a guy walks up and just… stands there. No “Hello,” no “I’m the manager,” no “How can I help?” Just awkward silence. I finally had to ask if he was the manager—he said yes. I explained the situation, and his response was, “Well, there’s nothing else we can do for you here.”
Fantastic hospitality, right?
He didn’t offer to remake the food. Didn’t apologize. Didn’t attempt to fix anything. Couldn’t even explain the ridiculous wait time. Our server actually stepped up more than he did—she admitted the kitchen was messing up orders and confirmed we had waited a very long time.
If that guy was the GM, God help that location. If he wasn’t, he absolutely shouldn’t be left in charge of speaking to guests.
I haven’t been to Outback in years, and after tonight, they’ve solidified exactly why. I won’t be trying it again anytime soon.
