First time at a Outback, well atleast in 30 years. Very friendly staff, greeted and seated immediately. Ordered the Ribeye with salad and Baked potato.
Salad was good, excellent house ranch, loved it.
Potato was good, the steak i ordered Rare ,(the only way to have a steak) came out seasoned very well, no steak sauce needed. Cooked to perfection , juicy , cool center, perfect.
It was a pleasant atmosphere, not too loud not too quiet .
For the price it was worth every cent.
The restaurant was also very clean, no bad smell , the ceiling tiles need replaced, showing lots of staining looks bad especially around the new bright white air vents..

this is the second time having this experience.. was told wait time @ 5:00 pm was 45 min to hour to be seated . after 1 hour and 10 min I asked ” how much longer” we were next.. got seated, ordered and after we ordered food ,we were told this may take longer than normal .. we were fine with that .. after 1 hour and 15 min later. we got our food..(way too long) they forgot to order my mom food.. so we all ate while she watched.. we waited another 45 min for her food..then asked for manager and had to ask her food be cooked ASAP we were all done and she still had not got her food… they forgot my brocolli, and forgot kids fries.. they gave us my mom food for free. but we were ready to leave after being there since 5 p.m and was now 830.. she had to take her food to go and i asked for 50% off our ticket but she only gave us 25% off.. the food was good but having to wait over 1 hour for our food and mom having to wait almost 2 for her food.. and they forgot 2 of our sides as well.. last month went and waited about hour for our food after ordering as well .. will not go back anytime soon.. fultondale,Al outback ..

Food was divine. I ordered the $13.99 3-course meal with Salad, Bloomin burger, Fries, and Cheesecake. My husband ordered the ribeye, salad, fries, chocolate thunder for dessert. Salads were fresh, burger was excellent, steak was great, fries were yummy and desserts were excellent. The hostess Tarrence was friendly. Our server Tiarra was upbeat, kind, funny, and got our order exactly right. It was a Wednesday lunch meal. Great choice! Definitely recommend!!!

My wife and I came for lunch today. The food was wonderful other than a 5”ish black hair I found in the ketchup cup as I was dipping my fries. I didn’t even bother the waitress with it because it wasn’t her fault. We tried the blooming fried shrimp as an app and it was amazing. My wife had the soup and salad. I had just a hamburger and fries. The waitress was wonderful.

What a disastrous way to end a long travel day. We chose to sit at the bar, which was as busy as the restaurant. The server had a lovely personality but was on the struggle bus trying to tend to customers. One of the hosts was trying to help her. We waited 20 minutes on drinks. The appetizer came somewhat quickly but was lukewarm. The dining room was out of silverware so the host jumped in to rescue the bar by grabbing bread, silverware & drinks from the kitchen. The salads were OK. The entree took atleast an hour. Where are the managers in this establishment? An elderly lady almost fell & complained to which an elderly employee said “when that happened to me once I lawyered up”. You can’t make this stuff up. I was stunned. Then the evening ended with dirty restrooms & no toilet paper. Bring back the establishment Outback used to be 10 years ago because tonight’s experience was NOT worth the $84 we paid.

We went to dinner tonight at the Fultondale location. Our server Eric was one of a kind. He was very polite, warming, inviting and just a all around good person. The manager Lisa was also great. Please go by and ask for Eric. You will not be disappointed.

Exceptional Service!! Upon arrival I was greeted and seated immediately by the hostess. I was serve by Ms. Brittany who has excellent customer service, very nice, patient and understanding. I ordered a very special drink that exceeded my expectations, hats off to the bartender. I ordered the 20oz Bone in Ribeye (medium) I received it well done. I ask my server about it she immediately got on the task of replacing it with what I really wanted. The steak that replace the first one was more than excellent and delicious. Miss Lisa the manager came and apologized for my first steak not being cooked to my expectations and told me she would handle everything. HATS OFF TO HER WITH THE AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE, I will be visiting again very soon.

Although the food came out wrong, I was appreciative of the fact the server (Eric) admitted it was his fault and offered to have it remade. This displayed AWESOME CUSTOMER SERVICE! He was absolutely on it with the refills and making sure we were taken care of. Thank you Eric for making our experience worth coming to Outback!

Nicole was our Server/Bartender and she was AMAZING!!! She made sure everything was great.
She made me a Blueberry Lemon Drop Martini and it was one of the BEST that I’ve had in a while. The food was delicious. I had the Salmon with shrimp and mushroom sauce. Thanks Nicole
