I had a fantastic dining experience at Outback thanks to our exceptional waitress Luna. her attentive service, friendly demeanor, and prompt attention truly made the evening special. She made great menu suggestions, kept our drinks filled, and ensured our meal was prepared just the way we liked. I will definitely be returning to Outback, in no small part due to the wonderful service provided by this waitress Luna. Five stars all the way!

Pretty common experience for Outback. The location is somewhat convenient from I-65. The facility is well maintained and clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The food was brought out quickly, and was hot and well prepared. Overall I was pleased with my visit and would recommend stopping in here if you are in the area.

Take away orders are always 30 minutes to an hour behind the time you are given to pick up your food. This issue has occurred both times I ordered here a year apart. People line up at the door hoping the food will appear quicker. I have learned my lesson and will no longer order take away from here again.

I made an online reservation for 615 at 527 p.m. I arrived at 608 p.m. I didn’t get seated until 643 p.m. what was the point of the online reservation??? I didnt get an apology or anything. The waitress was fine she brought the bread out because we were very hungry. The appetizers took about 30 minutes to come out and it was another 30 to 40 minutes for the food to come out. My wings were cold I guess they were sitting waiting on the other food. My sister broccoli was cold and hard. The cook never brought the new order she requested.

Horrible service, waitress literally would run off every single time I asked for something (couldn’t even complete a sentence before she would try to leave) but needed a couple of more items so had to loudly stop her so she wouldn’t have to run back and forth seeing it took what seems like forever to get the items. Apparently the waiters aren’t allowed to give refills either so we had to wait for the kitchen to bring out a refill??? Loaded potato came back completely dry and the prime rib was ONLY fat. Also overhearing the waitresses griping about being sat “AGAIN” and that they weren’t going to serve the table.

The food was delicious. Although it did take 45 minutes to get to us, it was worth the wait. We had a server named Anna that for her second day there did a decent job tending to our needs. Once she learns the ropes, she’ll be a great server. Also, the manager came by and asked us how everything was. Definite thumbs up for him. The restaurant was a little cold but I’m old and can’t handle cool restaurant climates so it’s all good. I highly recommend this establishment any time they are open.

I had THE WORST Ribeye that I’ve ever had in my life yesterday. It was super tough and lacked flavor. I wish that I had gone somewhere else because this ruined my dinner experience. Also, the sweet potato was undercooked. My service was excellent in takeout, but the food was horrible. I can’t go back…this was a horrible first visit.

Absolutely abysmal. Went mid day with barely anyone there. Got seated and took 15 min before anyone came over. Waitress did not give us the bread we asked for and delivered our blooming onion to the wrong table. Took another 15 for the food and my wife’s was the wrong order. Waited another 15 min and finally started eating. My steak was over seasoned and spicy and didn’t taste right. As we finished waitress said they’ve been sending back steaks because of a foul taste. I assume they are trying to get around it by making it so spicy you can’t tell. Sick as a dog after eating it. Will never return as long as I live. Not hard to please but this was by far the worst experience I’ve ever had
