Our first time here on a Sat. night, so there was a 30 min wait. We went to the bar to have a drink while we were waiting. Our bartender/server was Kayla, and she was helpful and friendly! She served us our drinks and asked if we’d like to order an appetizer. We observed others eating at the bar, some single & a few couples. There was adequate room for plates, and space between seats so……we let the hostess know we were comfortable to eat at the bar. Food did take approx 25-30 minutes, but they were busy. We enjoyed our drinks and watched football, while we waited. We would def come back to drink & dine, if we visit the area again! If you like margaritas …Say yes to the flight! It’s only $9.99. So many drinks to choose from!

Waited from 530 to now 712 for 5 meals. Waited so long for our blooming onion(ordered it first at 6:00 because they took 30 mins for god knows what.) and now our order is coming two hours later. Multiple people got their orders first and we have been waiting. Not good service at all, we understand theres a new cook in the kitchen but its a small restaurant and waiting and us now not being hungry from filling up on bread and a coldish blooming onion is just outrageous.

Well. We went here to eat lunch last Sunday. We got a burger. That’s super hard to mess up. We received the Medium Rare burger on time along with our Fried mushrooms. First bite into the burger, I was met with cold and squishy meat. It was raw. Not rare… Raw. Manager came to look at it and agreed. It wasn’t the fault of the waiter or the manager but we were in a hurry and left. No big deal. Remember to tip your waiters..
Today, we ordered to go, 1st mistake. We ordered a small kids chicken tender meal and queens chicken and a sweet tea, to go, which came out to be $53…
$53 for sub par cold food, dry french fries, bland and dry chicken, microwaved noodles and 3 tiny round tenders the size of half dollar coins.(since when are chicken tenders round anyways?) Something seemed off with the cost. I understand we live in a world today where we keep getting less for more money but please… Have some standards for you food. We, unfortunately, will not be returning.

Visited the Silver Springs location this evening with a group of five. We’ve had bad experiences at this location in the past but thought we would give it another try. The waitress was very nice and gave 100% but….it was a veeery long wait for the entrees, had to have the overcooked steak heated in the microwave, one entree was missing a side, part of a bun and toast were almost uneatably hard. The biggest concern was an Alice Springs chicken meal had pieces of fish skin in it. Not a big problem for us but someone allergic to fish could have had a serious reaction. We made the most of it but it was a surprisingly bad experience.

To whom it may concern, I would like to state and certified that what I’m about to say is their truth and nothing but the truth…..
It was my birthday, and my husband asked me were did I want to go have dinner. I chose Outback because it’s one of my favorite places to eat. Love their Mac and cheese.
I use to live in kissimmee on 192 so I had one 5 minutes away and it was my hang out place.
Anyway we went, first thing the table and seat were dirty had to ask the server to clean it for me. Second they brought us drinks in a plastic cup, I thought that was weird but I let it go. Than when they brought the food out my husband and mine was cold. I told her, she did say she would take it back but we all know what happens when you send food back.
Anyway she was just so un pleasant and everything that night in Outback was horrible.
Mind you the bill was over $100.00.
Never again will I go back there. I rather drive 2 hours to kissimmee that I know I’ll get excelente customer service.
Sincerely, THE TRUTH

Server was not attentive at all. That wasn’t even the main problem, My wife no sooner got home and was EXTREMELY SICK! Like I might end up taking her to hospital… I’d give details but I think you know. But for real she is not in good shape! Just thought others should know..

Back in Ocala Florida and hubby wanted to go out for a nice dinner. He had a bacon cheeseburger and I had grilled chicken. Along with that we had a nice warm loaf of bread at the table, cheesy bacon fries and a salad. We were definitely full when we left and hubby brought part of his huge burger home. It was delicious and we did not have to wait. Awesome service and friendly.

When we arrived, we put our name on the list and was told it would be 20-25 minutes. As we stood inside waiting, I looked around the room and noticed a table that was empty and not cleaned yet. By the time we were called to be seated, it had been 35-40 minutes. The waitress had just cleaned the same table that sat dirty for the entire time we waited. I noticed that the manager came to the hostess 3 times to check in. Not once did someone chip in to help clean the table. Not the hostess. Not the manager. They waited for the waitress to bus the table. Also, when we sat down, there was sauce spread on the seats. Lastly, as we waited for a table, there were 2 other families that came in and left because of the wait time being 30-40 minutes. If there was a better team support, there would be less people walking out because of the wait time. It’s not that occupancy couldn’t be provided, the team is slow to react for customers. The waitress and food was great once we were seated.

We got here about 4:15 on New Year’s Eve. Apparently everyone else thought they’d beat the rush too! We were told we’d be seated, but the waitress wasn’t coming in until 4:30. The other sections were full. We waited at least 20 minutes before we were seated (not sure why the mgr said they’d seat us, but then the hostess did not!). I expected the food wasn’t going to be good since they were slammed, but I was pleasantly surprised – food was good!

Apparently, outback this steakhouse thinks that medium rare is well done, like shoe, leather, chewy, and un edible! I literally live five minutes from the restaurant. There’s no way that the temperature of the steak will change that rapidly from that drive home. No, thank you outback steakhouse, never again!
