This is the cleanest & best Outback we have visited. Brian Hammond runs the restaurant & does an amazing job. Our favorite beverage here for date night is a smoked cinnamon pecan old fashioned for him & lavender lemonade for me. We like to special order our 20oz ribeye medium rare & smoked. Fantastic!

This is a picture of an baked potato that I was given after I send back the rice that was over cooked and soggy. I got the potato to go and didnt realize the condition of the potato until the following day after I took it out of the foil wrapping to break in two to warm up in the microwave. We were the last customers in the restaurant because it close to closing, but I still dnt feel like that should be an excuse. I called management and he said “Im sorry about your potato….then we both sat in silence for about 15 seconds. Then he said “ We can replace it” I advised him that I didn’t not want another back potato I was just letting him about the quality of the food that the kitchen was sending out before I leave my google review. He then proceeds to say “ I can send you out a $10 certificate and it can be used at any location towards your next meal. I thanked him and gave him my information, but I highly doubt that I will be going back to Outback Steakhouse.

Please clean the dust in the dining room, it was flying all above the tables where everyone was eating! Disgusting, I brought my family of 3 here and spent over $120, I shouldn’t have to worry about my meal getting dust particles on it while I eat!

Once again, Outback has failed me on delivering a grilled steak. At this point, I’m convinced that at least for this location they don’t grill their steaks at all. I’ve ordered several cuts over multiple visits including the bone-in ribeye and every time it looks like it was pan-cooked or straight-up boiled.
This time I ordered another bone-in ribeye with no seasoning (because they usually drown it), and since it was a pickup order, I got to see it clearly: no grill marks, no char, no smoky flavor nothing that resembles an actual grilled steak. Temperature was fine at medium, meat was tender, but that’s about the only thing they got right.
The sides? Fresh and delicious. Salad? Also fresh. But fresh side dishes don’t save a sad, boiled-looking steak.
Looks like I’ll be driving to LongHorn from now on. It’s a longer trip for me, but at least they know how to cook a proper steak.
And yes, I’m not coming back.

This isn’t the first time my granddaughter and I have been to this Outback in Lely. Service was good but the food was a lot to be desired. I had a 6 oz sirloin steak. Baked potato and salad. The salad was just ok and that’s fine but the mushrooms that we ordered lol the breading was falling off. My steak was so bad I wouldn’t even take it home to my dog. The seasoning tasted like the cook dropped the whole bottle of garlic salt. It was so tuff I didn’t even eat it a fourth of it!!

The service was excellent! Our waitress was attentive, friendly and accommodating. Most of the food was below average. In one of the meals , the chef used sour milk, so it was sent back. I ordered a Cherry Limeade vodka cocktail and it tasted like they added smoke flavoring, bleh We each had an issue with some part of our meal- except the steak and potato, so order that with a side of water or beer and you should be good Also, the wait staff is excellent, they can’t help it if the chefs aren’t checking the quality of the food.

First time at this location. Clean place with a nice, quiet atmosphere.
Our waitress Stacy was very good, friendly and efficient. Food quality was excellent and the meat was cooked perfectly to order.
It is worth mentioning that the meat quality was very good (the meat situation makes getting a decent cut of meat like a lottery these days!)
The only let down was that the Prime Rib (Friday- Sunday) was not ready yet (we were there at noon) which happens, you don’t want your Prime Rib to be hurriedly cooked after all.

I’ve been to this location a few times and the service just sucks and the steaks are unedible. Our server was also working the bar at the time my receipt showed her name was bambi. She was very rude and condescending. She had an unnecessary attitude towards me. When the blooming onion literally came out to our table and we didn’t even had a chance to taste it, she asks us how’s the blooming onion? I responded well we just got it and it’s pretty hot right now and she responds well that’s how it comes if it’s cold it’s soggy she said that with attitude as she walks away. I also ordered a ribeye and the steak was just unedible it just tasted off, I’m not sure if it was the seasoning that was used.I ordered it medium and the whole steak tasted like there was still a lot blood in the steak. I gave this location a few tries because it’s close to home, but I will drive a little further and go to Longhorn Steakhouse. I will never visit an Outback Steakhouse ever again!
