Debbie hostesses us to the table quickly. Informed us that our server was Davida which was also attentive. Then Zak the manager came over to make sure we were good. Nice. And John, the servers support made sure I got my extra water that I like to have on hand. I’m a thirsty person. I did ask who made my drink and it was Stacy. She killed it! It was the best I’ve had. Awesome service all around.

As to be expected of all outback restaurants. Only one dud which was the soup of the day that came to the table stone cold… but we simply switched it for fries instead. The food was good, left overs will be enjoyed tomorrow.

Every time I’ve gone to outback has been a positive experience. The staff are extremely nice and helpful and even makes conversation which makes it more pleasant. One particular member of staff is Cydney which has been very helpful to me and others around her. She has a very outgoing personality and is very quick to help out. All of the host and hostesses that I’ve ever had were beyond amazing and created a satisfactory environment. One time I went in and the wait was about 20 minutes but the host got us seated in less than 10. Then the server had such an enjoyable personality and even talked to us about bread. Great place with great people! 🙂

The Bloomin’ Shrimp was good. Done in the same batter and spices as the onion but not so oily. The Twoomba Salmon was slightly overcooked but still very good. That Piña Koala had a little sugar paper on top, but I sank it before taking the picture. Oops. The taste? Amazing!

Gluten-free, and Peanut free options as well as regular meal selections. Our food was good but incomplete. They had new Cooks so our server had to work overtime to bring food items that were left off our main dishes, and the mushrooms on our Alice Springs Chicken were so spicy hot it was unpalatable to eat plus it did not complement the Chicken dish. Our Chocolate Downunder was served without its whip cream topping But our server was so gracious and sweet she kept our group calm.

I ordered dinner to go from here for me and my boyfriend, Elysia was our to go specialist. She has been the best one yet! I normally have issues with missing or incorrect items (requested silverware or sauces) or people with attitude but everything was perfect with the order. She had such a great attitude towards everything and it made me feel so much better about the dinner we ordered and that it was just as I ordered it. I wish I could request her every time!

So many things wrong. 1) sat us down and said they had no clean plates for sides. Thought it was a joke but it wasn’t 2) brought me a Caesar salad with no dressing and it was warm and the leaves were dead 3) drink I ordered was basically just colored water 4) food took over an hour to come out 5) brought out the food with no sides (they were out of what we ordered and didn’t tell us until the ribs were brought to the table with no sides) 6) we then asked for fries and they literally brought us the check 10 minutes later without ever bringing our fries or asking if we wanted desert 7) I spoke to the manager and he said I was supposed to be informed they dropped my ribs and that’s why it took so long but no one told us. 8) they got the table next to us order wrong not once but twice
