I’ve been dining at this Outback Steakhouse location for a few years and it’s always a pleasant experience. We were seated immediately upon entry which was nice!! Our server, Loray was excellent in keeping our drinks filled, along with bringing our food out promptly!! Definitely recommend her as a server because of her personality and great service!! Food was hot and tasty as well!! The lighting and decor is nice for the entire restaurant too!!

I have been coming here for multiple years and it has really gone down. The visit prior to this one was horrific. The manager apologized and was really nice. The server was terrible and didn’t check on us much. Outback took 2.5 hours to eat dinner. This visit we were informed that the strawberry lemonade (that we also had on our last visit) was not refillable. Server was not unkind but this was the first time in over five years we had been told this. I checked the menu and it does not say it is not refilled. Then they charged me for another drink a soda. Send the front of house manager out and she said that they have always been non refill drinks. When I questioned it about my previous visit she said do I remember the server who did as if I were lying. I then pointed that the me u did not state this either she then said and I “we cannot control what the menu says” loosing someone that spends $100+ twice a month over some new rule that isnt stated anywhere is insane to me. It isnt about the drink it was the way in which it was handled and the fact they charge for a second soda bc they do not refill the drinks all of a sudden. Won’t be back. Shame love outback food.

Brayden at Togo was awesome. Extremely courteous and pleasure to deal with. Some people are nice at work but this young man you can tell is always a kind and person. I was highly impressed with him! First time there and I will be back solely because of him.

Everything was perfect. 3PM had the restaurant almost to ourselves. No wait. Fried mushrooms apetizer works also well with steak.. so did the onion petals served with it. Food couldnt have tasted better. Sauses and dips great. Servers are 10s. To go boxes ok but recpmmend you bring your own tuperware, you are gonna need help walking back to the car if you finish the plate. Portions for the price seem very fair. I will be a repeat offender there for sure.

I ordered the combo dinner. Ribeye steak and grilled shrimp with loaded potato and side salad. Also ordered a side of sauteed mushrooms for the steak.
Most of the dinner was great.. The side salad was really good, but if you’re getting take out. They only give you one very small cup of dressing. definitely get more dressing. Ribeye was awesome and loved the seasoning.
The shrimps are very small. Bait size.
When I order again, I will skip the shrimp. Even though they were good, just not worth the extra price.
Loaded potato was great.
Now the bad.. The sauteed mushrooms. Thank god I did not put them on my steak, or it would have ruined it. They tasted like they were canned and had a foul smell. Not your typical steakhouse sauteed mushrooms. I tossed them out after doing a taste test.

Brought the family out to Outback. The manager Tony was excellent. He was attentive asking how everyone was doing, checked on our food and gave my little one a little treat. Excellent customer service just wanted to show my appreciation with a good review.

We went to Outback a couple times recently. It was good, a solid 4. The service was decent, not great, which surprised me because our server was training someone. I feel like the restaurant lacks leadership. Like no one really cares about your dining experience just like they are robots doing a job. There are some decent specials but you get what you pay for, the portions and quality are lessened with the price. The Tuesday night special, which my son likes, 6oz sirloin and lobster tail for like $22 (4/24). The chocolate thunder dessert is really delicious and is actually gluten free!

The food was food. The lack of service was something I never experienced before. I met up with a friend to catch up and it was met with server incompetence. Never refilling drinks. Rather having multiple people perform the task. I find out of all the times I’ve been here to be something to leave in text. They treated my table like the plague. I Love outback and the food is never the problem for me. It’s the server Tara. You dont care about your guests then why bother working here.
