Always a 4 to 5 star experience at this chain. Nice consistency across the country with the quality and service. The chili is always nicely spiced, meaty and flavorful. The wedge or chopped peacon salad, always a hard choice. The ribeye done on the flame grill, always just right (always ask for flame grilled). And the baked potato, alway those are hit or miss of if the signature salty skin is truly perfect or just a miss. But perfection is hard to achieve every time at a chain. But more times than not, it’s a 5/5. My go to Steakhouse for price vs quality.

Hey y’all I had a great time at Outback tn! The food came out delicious, and the atmosphere was comfortable and welcoming. Our waitress, Rachel was fantastic friendly, attentive, and on top of everything without ever feeling rushed. She made sure we had everything we needed and checked in at just the right times. Highly recommend stopping by, and definitely ask for Rachel if you can! ✨

Solid Outback spot. Good service at the bar. Everything felt underseasoned next to the typical Outback fare. Not sure if this is because it’s a test store or if corporate is just going back and forth on the “bold” flavors like it’s seemingly been doing for years. Either way, it creates an inconsistent experience.

This is my new favorite Outback location! Staff was super friendly and the restaurant was clean! Food was amazing they cooked everything from the baby back ribs to loaded sweet potatoe to perfection! The old fashioned drink was strong and just what I needed! Even though it was a busy Saturday everyone was helping out and wait time was zero to none. I’ll definitely be back to visit this great location again!

Everything started out good, but quickly spiraled downhill. Sever took longer than need be to check on us, fill our drinks, and my wife’s food was completely wrong and I’m not going to eat my food until my wife’s food is out. I had to flag down my server and informed her what’s happening, she told me they’ll fix my wife’s meal and make me a fresh plate of food, but in reality, they didn’t remake my food and it came back not even warm but they did kind of make a fresh meal for my wife. I refused to eat my food since they had 2 chances and lied and slow service. They weren’t even busy. They were at less than 50% capacity with no waiting at the front door. No reason for the bad service and bad food.

2 of our 3 meals were cold. Food was cooked correctly but it obviously sat. The service was slow but mostly on point, beers sat at the bar until we asked for them a second time. We didn’t complain or ask for anything, but the manager offered to give us a discount. He took $7 of of a 130 check. (He never came by which is surprising.. well maybe not!) Restaurant was clean and welcoming. We haven’t been to outback in years, and they have us no reason to return.
