We were happy that Outback was opening a location closer to us so we decided to check it out. First off, the staff every single one was so nice and friendly and welcoming. They definitely have customer service skills down. It was bus for a Wednesday night but we got in. We ordered some drinks and a blooming onion. The food all came out super quick. I got coconut shrimp which was yummy and salad and a baked potato. Mine was the special so it also came with a cheesecake which was ok but the chocolate sauce was delicious. The other people got steak and they said it wasn’t the best. It was fatty and not cooked well. But I’m not sure if that’s just the meat right now because even at the grocery stores the cuts of steak don’t look good at all. They said the al spring chicken was good. So when we come back we just won’t get steak. But overall, it was a pretty good meal and amazing service!

Outback never disappoints. The vibes are chill, the steaks are juicy, and the Bloomin’ Onion is elite every time. Service is always solid and it’s the perfect spot for a casual dinner that still feels kinda special.
Order the Koala Punch. sweet, tropical, and super refreshing. It’s fruity with rum and lemonade vibes, and honestly tastes like vacation in a glass. 10/10 choice.

Tonight we checked out the new Lutz Outback! We had such a great experience! Loved being able to pick what time we wanted to come for dinner to join the waitlist. We got taken to our table right away once we arrived. The food, atmosphere, and our service was great! Shout out to our server Andy! Andy made the dining experience fun and had great recommendations! My fiance enjoyed the blueberry lavender lemonade! While I came in for the gingerbread cookie martini-got my little koala bear souvenir!

I hadn’t seen my brother in a few years and we were going to dinner to celebrate. It had been a long week and we couldn’t have chosen a better place to go. We were at quickly and the food was amazing, but that’s not the part I’m here to brag about. Our server, Rey, was the best part of my week! Her amazing outgoing and energizing personality made the atmosphere that much better. Thank you Rey for an amazing time! You have the best energy and work ethic I’ve not seen in a long time! You were a breath of fresh air. I’m bias I know… but I hope Outback knows you’re the best part of that restaurant!

This was my first time having dinner here since they recently opened and I must say that dinner was phenomenal. Rey was on top of it! Our table ordered a medium well steak that came back medium rare and Rey and the Manager were quick to fix. Rey was also very gracious about the situation and very kind. She also checked on us multiple times throughout the meal. Rey provided top notch service!

Always interesting to go to a restaurant in the first few months of opening. Food was great. Service was the best part. Our server Melo (Melody) was super friendly, attentive, efficient, and kind. My mom and I enjoyed our lunch 10x more due to the exceptional service. The manager and proprietor even stopped by the table to check in on us. Fantastic job so far guys. Keep it up. We can’t wait to come back to see Melo!

Every single thing we ordered was not correct from my wine (wrong pour) my soup (had scallions when I asked for none) my daughter‘s steak and cheese fries (steak was not cooked well and cheese fries had barely any cheese) my husband‘s chili & to go chill order (both were barely half full of the cup and to go cup) and the side order of onion petals (they were all remnants, not entire petals like you get in the blooming onion that I get from any other location). Will definitely wait for quite a while to go back if we do because I have one closer to my house. Our server didn’t seem like he knew much about what was going on either, but I understand that when it’s only been open for 5 days.

Another great visit to this location. I came the first on your opening day and the service is still top tier. Our server Andy was very informative. I did not realize that you guys offered different cuts of ribeye, so I was thrilled to take his suggestion and get the delmonico. It was not only way better quality than the normal ribeye, but I really enjoyed the different seasonings that you guys use. Whatever you use on a regular ribeye usually makes me cough a lot cause it’s too heavily seasoned. This was perfect in every way. But even more important than the food is always the service. You could have a great steak and have a crappy server, but Andy was exceptional–top tier amazing. I recently lost my dog and this was my first meal out and his kind demeanor helped keep my stress level low. During the meal on the one of many times that he checked on us to make sure we had everything we needed he told me that he also has a pet who is very sick right now and so he understands that stress and sadness and he gave me and my friend who I was having lunch with a free appetizer card to use for next time. Andy is an exceptional server. Ask for him next time you’re at this location. I know I will

5-star experience! We went to Outback and everything was impeccable. The food was spectacular and arrived in record time, but the best part of the evening was our waitress, Krista M. She is super attentive, fast, and professional. We will definitely be back for her excellent service.❤️
