We were seated immediately and service was quick in the beginning. Our drinks, bread and appetizers came out quickly. However the mains took a long time.
Everything was delicious, although the Rockhampton Ribeye steaks were a little overdone. We had asked for them to be rare. The Seared Pepperer Ahi was fresh, however, very thin slices. I’ve had better ones at another restaurant.
All in all, friendly service and we enjoyed our time there.

Made online reservations for 7pm. Arrive at 6:50 Was not seated till 7:30. We were seated at a table that was not cleaned, sticky and food crumbs. We made the hostess aware, and she said she get someone. Luckily we had wipes and cleaned it ourselves, as no one came. Wish I would’ve got our servers name. She was the ONLY positive thing about the evening. She had a great personality, kept our drinks full, and checked in often. Our silerware was not clean and everyone had to wipe theirs down. A pic of a cleaned knife vs dirty, although the lighting doesn’t do it justice Also the bathroom was attrocious with some type of liquid covering the floor, hand soap in a gallon jug with no top, so you had to pick the whole bottle up to use and no paper towels. I tried to find a manager and gave up. You would think they would be walking the floor, or checking on customers. This was the most poorly run Outback I have visited. Pompano location on Federal is nice along with the one on 18th street in Boca.

For many years my number one reason for going there for lunch was for their French Onion soup, which was hands down the best I ever had which why today I was so disappointed. It tasted like a carton of salt was added to the pot. It was so salty it overpowered everything else. I have not been able to get rid of the taste even though it’s been over six hours since I had it.Hope today was just a fluke as service and ambiance is great.

Take out order . Waited for take out following their pick up guidelines . I headed to restaurant after got text that food was ready which took me like 12 min . Waited on their pick up area 25 min . Texted several times . It was Super Bowl Sunday . Some employee eventually came and said there was a problem and gave me the food almost 30 min after . He apologized and said owner would call me back and offer a refund since took soo long due to mix up . Never heard back , food was well by the time I came home soggy and cold . Cold steak , soggy quesadillas , etc . All items were as supposed so no mix up or omission. Just over 1 H cold meal .waste of $120 .

Last night, I was extremely disappointed with the overall quality of the food at Outback Steakhouse. My kids and I stopped by after a movie and decided to wait it out for a table despite the extended wait time, hoping it would be worth it. Unfortunately, it wasn’t.
I started with the coconut shrimp, which I’d rate a 6/10. It was decent, but nothing special. I also ordered the margarita flight, and it was overwhelmingly sweet—so much so that I couldn’t even finish two of the four. That was easily a 3/10.
For dinner, my kids ordered the kids cheeseburger and mac and cheese. When we unwrapped the silverware, it was covered with debris from leftover food, which was very off-putting. The cheeseburger was okay (6/10), but the mac and cheese was completely dry and bland (2/10).
I ordered the chicken and shrimp pasta, and it was nearly sauceless. The chicken and shrimp on top were just as disappointing—lackluster and completely lacking seasoning. I’d give it a 3/10.
This was by far my worst experience at Outback. Between the cleanliness issues and the noticeable decline in food quality, I will not be returning.

I am writing this immediately after leaving. Unfortunately, the experience was extremely disappointing. After waiting approximately 15 minutes to be seated (which was not an issue), we were directed to a dirty table. We stood there for an additional 8 minutes without any staff member acknowledging us, even though members of my party were already seated.
During this time, a manager wearing a green shirt walked past our table multiple times to assist a neighboring table but never acknowledged us or offered any assistance. After a total of about 10 minutes without a single staff member checking in, we decided to leave.
A simple acknowledgment such as “someone will be with you shortly” would have gone a long way. Unfortunately, the lack of attention and basic service made it clear that staying would likely not improve the experience. This place is going downhill. It’s always something! And now sitting at Texas Roadhouse already seated and great friendly staff!

We visited twice last week. First visit was spot on, service was phenomenal. Really good food, everything was great. Steaks well seasoned, cooked to perfection.
Second visit a few days later – it was okay. Service was abit wishy washy, the server seemed unhappy in their job. A drink was forgotten and I had to chase it twice, it hadn’t even been put through to the bar. Food was good, the onion was … okay. Oily, nothing to go crazy over. The stuffed potato I had was lacking in the stuffed department.
I’d go back as the first day was so good, hopefully things pick up.

There was no waiting to get in after 9:00 p.m. a way to Jordan was really nice and very knowledgeable of everything. The food was delicious we had the three course dinner special. I love the idea that they have that available at the restaurant.
