We have not been to an Outback for several years. The last time was pre pandemic. Recently a new Outback opened up near our home and we decided to give it a try. The mushroom appetizer was great as was the chicken on the barbie . My wife had the coconut shrimp. Food and service was great.

So disappointed in tonight’s experience. I wanted to do something special for my husband to celebrate Father’s Day. We went here since he loved it so much a little while back, we came again. We asked for a booth but was told there was a small wait but a table was readily available. We were starving so took it. We noticed a booth cleaned near by and within 5 mins the hostess sat the next guest party of 1. We waited for our sever, Shaun, to arrive so we can place our drinks and by the time he came we went ahead and placed food as well. Our drinks came from the bar and we continued to wait for soups and bread. The man at the booth had his bread even though we were seated first. Our soups came which was delicious. Then came the bread which my husband enjoyed. Now for the main entrée. We waited and waited. The guy in the booth received his steak but ours were no where to be found. I checked my phone and realized we had been sitting for an hour so asked a waiter next to our section if it was normal. He said no and went to check our meal status then let us know ours was up next. The food came, I ordered a medium rare 12 oz ribeye and shrimp off the barbie. I cut into my steak which was more medium then anything and when I asked my server if he thought it was medium he told me he thought medium rare despite being no red in sight. I told him not to worry about it bc I was starving and didn’t want to continue waiting. My husband ordered the bone in ribeye as medium well but was served well done. He said it was okay and just wanted to have a good night. So I tried to not let something “small” get to me. I have 4 shrimp on my plate. My favorite thing to order since I can’t cook at home bc of husband’s shell fish allergy. They WERE COLD!!! At the point I’m beyond frustrated. Do you think my server came by to ask how everything was? NO! I left the other 3 waiting but he never came. I gave up trying to have a good dinner bc at this point I was so hungry and so angry I just ate so we can leave. I drank my alcohol beverage well before my steak arrived and was never offered a second. Now eating this over cooked steak, I had to wash down with my water. Do you think Shaun asked if I would like a refill on that?! NO. My husband and I don’t eat out often and this was actually the first time he was letting me take him out and I left after paying $80 dinner plus tip more angry and wishing we would’ve just stayed home. The only thing impressive about this dinner was the soups.

I’m sorry to say…. my experience was definitely subpar. I do love outback. I worked there at one time too. I’ve ordered the sirloin for 30 years.

Stopped in here for dinner and was able to get a high top near the bar. During season, you should have reservations or at least call ahead because it’s crowded.

Stopped by for a few apps and this night turned into a full blown dinner! I’m so thankful I did, food was amazing our onion bloom and kookaburra wings were amazing, Karyn our server was amazing! She made sure we were taken care of and anticipated our needs! My husbands steak was perfect he cleaned his plate!! Def recommend this location. And 1000% recommend Karyn!! Def going back for her again!

I was extremely disappointed with my recent visit to Outback Restaurant on a Saturday night. I arrived at 7pm, expecting to enjoy their famous prime rib, but to my dismay, they had already run out. This is unacceptable for a restaurant of this caliber. It’s basic inventory management to ensure you have enough of your signature dishes on a busy night. The lack of prime rib completely ruined my dining experience, and I won’t be returning anytime soon.

I had the best experience this past evening. My server was Kaeli and she was the most attentive and helpful server I’ve ever had at this location. She was so kind and always checked on us to see if we were having a good dining experience. If you ever visit this outback location I highly recommend asking for kaeli as your server, you won’t be disappointed!
