Had the filet and lobster… steak was sooo good, melted in the mouth, and the lobster equally impressive and just yummo. Really impressed, great service by all staff there too. I’d give it a highly recommend to those reading reviews.

Wish we had gone here before our last day in Key West! All the staff were pleasant. Jorge though, was the STANDARD!! He was waiting tables, bartending and managing everyone and everything with ease and a smile. The bread was delicious, food was hot and tasty and came out in a timely fashion. We would’ve eaten there every day had we discovered it earlier they had a lot of regulars come in and that speaks to how good the service is.

We were really concerned when we first arrived because the staff seemed to be very unorganized. That is the only negative point of that entire visit. The food was great and our waitress was better than almost any we have had in the keys. We all three had the three course special with steaks that were cooked perfectly. The potato soup was very good also.

Originally her attitude was pretty unwelcoming. Not only to me but the guests that continued to show up after me….
I needed to make a Togo order and was also trying to settle my child down. I walked away and returned to place the order. We didn’t want to be in the way of the person running the Togo stand so I told him we would step outside.
The wind was really kicking and so we migrated back inside while waiting for the Togo order.
Sometime had passed and since we were sitting by the host stand at this point, when the hostess walked towards the Togo stand to seat a table I asked politely if she could mention to the Togo worker that we were now sitting by the host stand.
Her response was a dumb look and an “IM BUSY”
Snap.
I hate having to write this review but that was so insanely rude. Please do not work in customer service if you do not know how to politely respond to someone.

Very nice outback steakhouse as always. Very clean and food came quickly. Food was fantastic, cooked to perfection and was exactly what we wanted. There is a lot of free parking right out front and they had a lot of relatively cheap beer compared to other places. I would really recommend coming here if you can afford a few more bucks for your meal.

This Outback continues to exceed my expectations after all these years. The food remains consistently outstanding, delicious for a chain restaurant and superior to others in its category. The steaks are always cooked perfectly, and the salads are fresh, flavorful, and absolutely delicious. It’s one of those rare places where the quality never slips. Highly recommend for a reliable and satisfying meal every time.

Since Key West tourism is more centered around seafood, there are not too many steakhouse options. Outback Steakhouse is a quick option for the value. Our favorite Waiter/Bartender here is Paul. Super friendly and consistent in taking care of us. Location is convenient for folks visiting the plaza, after a day of shopping or the movies. Make sure you download the app for rewards points accrued through your dining experience. You can have your steak and save money too!
