I usually don’t review chain restaurants, but today is an exception for the EXCEPTIONal service and food we experienced at our neighborhood Outback. I asked for no spice on my pasta, but it inadvertently came out with the usual pepper. When I told our server she said she’d have them remake it, and the second time, it was brought out by the kitchen manager, D’Angelo (who also goes by Brock). He told us he had made the alfredo sauce from scratch because the sauce they use already comes with lots of pepper, and he made sure to lightly season the shrimp and chicken, which had amazing flavor still and were suuuuper tender. He later personally delivered our dessert to the table as well, apologizing again and telling us it was on the house. He then sent a personalized free appetizer card out with our check, too. Brock really went above and beyond to make sure everything was to our liking. I have to also give major kuddos to Ty, one of the most pleasant servers we’ve had ANYWHERE. Talk about service with a smile and a willingness to please and make her customers happy…a beautiful person. Last, but not least is Liz, the manager, who was obviously the wizard behind the curtain tonight.

So…..the hamburger was brought to my friend without the Aussie Fries……and it was a sad sad burger…..then she asked for salad and they brought her a sad excuse for salad in a warm plate that the cucumber not pickles cucumber slices were cooking in the heat. The blue and pecan salad was a lil bitter not very good. The Bluming onion you can screw up….I had the T Bone medium but one side of the bone was med rare and the other well….all in all the kiwi strawberry margarita was good. Oh and then we asked for dessert that was good and another server passes by to ask are you ready to leave and we said no we asked for dessert. Then we got the dessert that was good but when the same server saw we were done she asked again if we were leaving and immediately game me the check so all in all a bad experience

Came here for a casual birthday lunch with my younger sister and family and it was perfect! Chris was our waitress and she was incredible. Super attentive and helped us with any modification we needed. Food was delicious and they sang happy birthday for my sister, gave her some free ice cream, a nice handwritten card, and a free appetizer for next time. Made it way more special than we expected and left super satisfied!

Anthony has been the most amazing server we have had at this location. Me and my family came here for dinner tonight and had the most amazing time. Anthony really went above and beyond making sure we were taken care of. We also came with my 1 yr old nephew and he made sure his food came out first and personally made his ice cream and chocolate sauce. If you ever come to this location be sure to ask for Anthony. Had lunch at this Outback today. Was greeted and treated nicely upon my arrival. Had two drinks and appetizer they were delicious! I had a Piña Koala which had Malibu® Coconut Rum, Crème of Coconut, pineapple juice and real crushed pineapple. It was yum for those of us that like a nice fruity drink. The hubby had a double shot of Macallan 12 Yr on the rocks. Everything was amazing. Love that Outback. The staff and owner were amazing. Thank y’all!
