Oct. 5, 2025 , visited the restaurant and to my surprise everything went as expected. As someone who travels a lot and is a foodie, the food, service, and ambiance were outstanding to my surprise. Our server Diego, was outstanding, professional and his hospitality was excellent towards our group. Diego made sure that all was going well and the manager did also dropped by to make sure all was going well. I have been to this restaurant a number of times and also had an excellent experience towards their staff. My hat goes off to Diego and the staff at outback. If you want someone to assist you when you eat, ask for Diego you will not be disappointed. Thank you, Diego for your kindness!

Nice food, nice service, nice place. We were traveling through Florida and decided to stop for lunch. This Outback was a great choice. It was a little late for lunch, so there weren’t many people there. There are plenty of parking spaces around the restaurant and it was easy to find a spot.
As soon as we walked in, they sat us down at a table and served us complimentary Australian bread. Outback now has an electronic device on the table that allows you to place orders. We tried this new feature and it was easy to order Aussie Cheese Fries. There was a lot of food! And it was delicious. For our main course, we ordered the full rack ribs. This dish comes with two sides and we chose seasoned rice and backed potato. A great combination. The food was tasty and the service was very good, answering our questions, refilling our drinks and paying attention to the little details. We would definitely go back.

I placed an order at 9:00 PM and specifically requested the steak to be cooked medium well. Unfortunately, what I received twice was far from that. The steak was noticeably undercooked, closer to rare or medium-rare, which was disappointing considering the clarity of my order.
By the time I spoke with Sarah, the manager, it was already 10:40 PM and the restaurant was preparing to close at 11:00 PM. To her credit, she was polite and tried to make the situation right by offering a refund. While I appreciate the gesture, I didn’t place the order to get my money back I ordered because I wanted to enjoy a properly cooked meal.
I understand that mistakes happen and that processes are in place for handling these situations, which I respect. However, I felt it was important for the management team to be aware of what was being sent out the door. It’s not just about compensation it’s about quality and care in food preparation especially this close to closing time.
I hope this feedback helps improve future orders and consistency, particularly for customers who simply want their meals done right the first time.

Our family had so much fun and enjoyed the delicious food made to order at this Outback. The server was really attentive and offered the tasteful and warm signature bread a few times. We had several different items from the menu, from a steak & chicken, salmon, a ribeye, and blackened shrimp. Everything was succulent including the salads and the awesome full loaded baked potatoes. If you are looking forward to celebrate a special day in your life, this is a great place to enjoy your time with a great meal!!!

My father and I stopped for and early dinner
He ordered the prime rib medium rare fries and a salad.
I ordered the 8oz sirloin and half slab of ribs with rice and salad.
After waiting over 30 minutes for food to come out (not at a busy time). My father’s food was cold.
My food was cold. Waitress took it all back to the kitchen.
When they brought the food back out my dad’s prime rib was medium.
As I. Am taking a bite of the ribs there is a 5 inch hair that was cooked into the sauce on my ribs. to mention the seasonings they put on the steak had so much pepper in it. My mouth was on fire. needless to say, I was very disappointed with my visit to this restaurant management seem like they did not care even had the nerve to ask me if I wanted to order more food after finding hair in it

Imagine getting to the last slice of bread and discovering mold on it???. Well, this happened to me on my 7/18/2025 lunch order. I have been going to this Waterford Lakes location for years and I regularly dine in and/or order curbside to go. They lost a patron today with an egregious lack of quality control in my food. Yeah, so I ordered my grilled salmon, rice and broccoli meals to go. As most of us do, I started with the bread and it wasn’t until I got to the last slice that I noticed something that wasn’t butter, it was MOLD. I was so disgusted. I brought back my two untouched meals and immediately informed the Managers, Brittany and Sarah. I really hope i do not get sick. I will not be returning to Outback because I can no longer trust the freshness of my food and they cannot guarantee it.. Please see photos. I am utterly disgusted and immediately felt nauseous.

First time going there for a dinner with family and probably last to start when we got seated our server was polite introduce himself and said the bread is already put in and will arrive shortly took our drinks and left. A runner brought our drinks then after a few minutes have past by no bread so server comes back takes our appetizer and I asked him about the. Bread he said it’s in and they will bring it out when ready. So a few minutes past by our appetizer arrive and still no bread so we finish the appetizer and he came back to take our dinner orders I asked him our bread is still not arrived he said let me go check on that he left came back with 2 breads and apologized for the delayed and left again left me hanging to order. So when he finally came back we ordered our food and he left. Awhile later our dinner arrives by the runner and we start eating first the steaks were dry, the fries were extremely overly salty and the bread wasn’t even warm. Almost half way threw our meal we noticed we never received half of our on trays for tree of our meals that had 2 we only got one. So servers gets close but never came to the table to check on us not even one time he went to the table behind me and front but never our table. Once we finished eating and were all done he comes by you want desert I told him no I’m ready for my check he tells me I can check out on the kiosk I tell him about my missing on trays and that I will like a discount for all 3 plates that I bought. He was like I can’t give you the whole meal free I told him no I just want a discount since I didn’t receive half our stuff well I can give it to you and take it home. I had one Brocolie salad and 2 mash potatoes. I told him what am I going to do with 2 cold mash potato’s I didn’t want them since we finished eating and he has the nerves to ask me why didn’t you tell the runner when he brought you the food I told him how am I supposed to know when my found will be brought out. Then he was like well best I can do is take $5 off each plate total 3 plates $15. I told him that’s fine just take there order and my order seperate basically two different group orders since we were 4. He split the bill in half iñat that point I was just over it. I only saw my server a hand full of times and never around my food or never he would come by to check if the food is good or nothing. This was my first time going there fo my bday I talked to the manager Kassandra and all I got was vouchers with some you required to purchase food to get something free. Or wanted to give me a free desert I told her I didn’t want nothing special just wanted to enjoy my diner And the way our server was probably won’t go back again. When I went to long horn’s our server got us everything super fast and was always on top of us making sure everything was good if we wanted refills on drinks or bread. The steak was perfect and juicy complete opposite from tonight’s experience.
