My girlfriend and I had a great time at Outback Steakhouse this evening. Neither one of us had ever been and decided to go out for dinner tonight. We have had a $50 gift for around a year and we’re excited to finally use it. Our server’s name was Andrew and he was super helpful and sweet. He was always around when we needed him and made sure to address any concerns we had. We will definitely be coming back soon.

Restaurant was gleaming clean. Our server was also the bartender side she did an amazing job being attentive to our table and the other tables in our area. The food was fresh and presented well. Blooming onion not greasy. If your hungry make sure you get the dinner portion of the meal to avoid any disappointment. Prices were fair and reasonable. I would reccomend if your in the area.

20 customers about 7 staff out front on our arrival at 2:30 on a Sunday. We were seated in the bar area where most of the customers were. Only the bartender to take care of us and others in that area. She did well until the number of customers increased, then fell behind. Food was brought out by a runner. We had to wait for drink refills and condiments (more on that in a minute). Prime rib sandwich was fatty. My wife had to remove from the bun and cut off chunks of fat. My sons chicken sandwich arrived with lettuce, onion, pickles and tomato…we asked that only chicken and sauce be on the sandwich. My Aussie Cobb salad had very limited, very bland, ranch dressing (did they change brands?),

Chad W was amazing. He paid attention to details and took well care of us! Awesome job. The ribeye was cooked perfect. The loaded potato was lacking but rest of food was great. The coconut shrimp and Mac n cheese bites were great. Haven’t been to outback in over 20 years so this was great! Great job Chad!!!!

Ugh Outback has gone down the tubes. we ordered the bloomin Onion came out over cooked, ate it anyway. Then our main dishes took almost an hour to come out! Almost got up and left but did not. The pork chops came out dry, my chicken was good. The steak was okay. The restaurant looked like a cafeteria, so horrible. The manager had to come out and speak to all the tables because the food was so late, very unprofessional, did not offer anything. Not to mention it was fathers day but not really that busy. Very unexperienced employees. Our waitress was very nice and Apologetic, after 4 times of telling us sorry that the food was late, she was to afraid to come to our table. But we knew it wasn’t her fault, we never complained and tipped her well. But to put it in a nutshell. I WILL NEVER GO BACK, TO THIS ONE ANYWAYS

The staff was friendly, although service was slow. Steak was way over cooked with a black crust and should not have left the kitchen. The manager did however rectify the situation by replacing the overcooked steak.

Our waitress with Skye. She was very attentive the minute that we walked in the door and made sure that we had everything that we needed for our meal. She went over the menu with us and gave us several options for specials and dessert. We typically don’t order dessert but we did this time and it was fabulous!! She had a great smile great personality and communicated well with us throughout our entire experience. We truly appreciate this!! Thank you again for making our visit so pleasurable!
