We really enjoyed our visit to Outback tonight! My husband was craving his favorite cheese fries and I enjoyed my Wallaby Darned beverage. The cheese fries were definitely made carefully with the cheese and bacon spread throughout the dish. Our prime rib was very good as well. Our servers Grant and Jasmine provided excellent service for us and we were pleased with our meal.

What a terrible experience! I ordered online after seeing a commercial with their new wedge salad. It was easy to place an online order and pay, but my order didn’t arrive within the specified time, and their delivery girl just left my food on the porch without ringing the doorbell. Thanks to my dog I knew someone had been at the door. When I opened my order the salad looked as if it was placed upside down and shaken, and I was missing my side items. I called the store to inform them and they patched me to a manager to further assist me. I spoke with Megan and she informed me I could come and pick up my sides. I was appalled, so I told her I would just bring it all back to her for a refund. I drove across town to return the food delivered. I asked for Megan and waited a few moments. I gave her the food back and she gave me an order cancellation. There was no real apology or trying to make it right from Megan. I left and told myself never again Outback. The best part of the whole night, since I drove across town was going to Teds where I had an awesome meal. They even gave me a free dessert after hearing my Outback story as they wanted me to have a great night! Maybe Outback should visit Ted’s to learn how to treat customers! I added two photos one of the advertisement for the wedge salad and one of what I received! SMH

Came here for an impromptu lunch date with the hubby. We got there pretty early so there wasn’t a wait and it wasn’t very crowded. The waitresses was okay and the drinks were delicious.

Took my wife here for an impromptu date night as she has never been and it was great. Not only was the food delicious but our server was fast and friendly. My wife ordered crispy fries with her steak and when the food came out our wonderful server let her know that they had just dropped fresh fries for her so they would be nice and fresh and crispy and gave her some mash potatoes so she wouldn’t have to wait and her food wouldn’t get cold. The manager came out and checked if we were enjoying everything. I love the atmosphere and the food this is now definitely our go to place for date night!!

Food and service was great! We got 11oz sirloins, salads, baked potatoes and two kids meals. My 3 year old devoured her kids sirloin immediately! Cheese fries and bread were delicious too. Our server Cara was very attentive and Grant and Tommy made the rounds to make sure we were happy with our meals etc. Will definitely return next time we are in the area

Food was great. It was the most generous portion of grilled shrimp I’ve had in a long time. I would definitely order that again. The kids were not impressed by their chicken tenders and fries.
