On a work trip from Orlando after a 10.5 hour shift I decided I wanted some drinks and steak so I came to the Outback right by my hotel hoping for some doom scrolling, yummy food and a good drink when I was approached by a random guy who I thought maybe had bad intentions but still I welcomed him to my table and we had a beautiful convo about our Lord and Savior but also about life. Will, my server, was so attentive and kind! But also, I am 23 y/o and this gentleman was much older and he knew that I came alone so it was so nice and relieving to know that he cared about my safety, he continually and discreetly made sure I was ok and comfortable with him sitting at my table. People like that our so important in our scary world so thank you Will. I hope your managers appreciate and reward you for your service. 🙂

Worst dining experience in a long time. Was seated at 418 and never got a glass of water or bread and must have taken 15 minutes before we got a drink.
Ordered the steak meal for 4 which was shown online and nobody knew anything about. Manager came over said it was TOGO only so we ordered it TOGO and got a wedge salad, still no water or bread. Had to wait 1 hour before TOGO meal was ready. No body knew what meals were offered at the tallahassee location apparently online. Seems you should know your business to me. I guess good employees and managers are still in short supply since Covid.
Won’t be going back for a LONG time.
And it’s not like they were busy either. You can see the empty tables on our side of restaurant.

This was an incredible disappointment. The blooming onion, a staples of the franchise, was not peeled fully, which caused the onion to have several inedible sections. Unfortunately, the remaining onion wasn’t cooked fully, as evident by the dry powder seasoning still in many sections. I ordered a ribeye and the first steak brought out was a NY Strip. When mine finally came out, it was not as hot as it should have been. While cooked perfectly, the steak lacked seasoning and was filled with connective tissue. The highlight of the experience was the server. She was great. Leisha did her job, but the kitchen staff… there needs some attention there.

The restaurant has very friendly staff, but the restaurant was dirty.Paper straw wrappers on floor and silverware. My table had crumbs. The food was so bad we actually left with a ticket of 83.00. Food was very off tasting. Tho the steak I ordered was to temperature. Very disappointing experience and wont ever come back.

We came in as a party of eight to celebrate my son’s 21st birthday, and from start to finish the experience was amazing. The host was welcoming and kind, which set the tone right away. Our server Natasha was extremely attentive and provided some of the best service ever received, friendly and attentive throughout the night. The food was consistently delicious, which is one of the reasons this place is a go to spot. The Koala Punch from the bar was fantastic, and whoever was bartending Tuesday did great. Overall, a great atmosphere, great drinks, and outstanding service that made the celebration unforgettable.

Great customer service experience. The server was highly customer service oriented and very experienced. Unfortunately I was a little disappointed with the food. Salad and blooming onion were on point but I think there’s a lack of communication in the kitchen. I ordered the French onion soup and both times it came out not well cooked in the broiled cheese. When it was brought back the cook should have informed the server that the broiler wasn’t working who then could’ve told me and would’ve chosen something different. It’s obvious the manager knew about it because they informed the server it’ll be fixed later this week. My point is, good communication avoids these situations. I think my server handled it like a pro and did offer other suggestions. I’ll still go back… when the broiler is fixed, lol.

My experience last night was awful. Ordered a burger with nothing on it. It arrived dripping with sauce and every condiment imaginable. The server’s response was “oh, I told the kitchen”. Then I asked for a separate plate to move all the burger mess and the server never showed up. Had to go to the kitchen to get a new plate. Then, we are sitting at small table, and nothing was cleared out of our way so we had to dodge messy plates to finish our dinner. Wow Outback, I thought you were better than that. We were there around 5pm so it was not crowded to justify the poor service and meal. Will not be back…what a waste of time and money.

It has been a few years since we last visited Outback, as we tend to eat more local places, but everything we ate tonight was delicious! I loved my wedge salad to start with, and the garlic butter on the steak was very good. My husband for the steak with garlic shrimp, which was served on their signature wheat bread turned into garlic bread, and that garlic bread was probably the best thing all night! We finished it off by sharing the salted caramel cookie skillet, which was perfectly salty and the caramelized crunchy crust was SO good.
*UPDATE* it’s been a few months and we returned again tonight with my in-laws. My husband and I both got the 3-course Aussie meal, which was an awesome deal with starter, entree, side & dessert, starting around $15,depending on your selections.

Early Lunch Date! Delicious Aussie Cuisine and Specialty Drinks from Down Under. The Souza Coast Rita and Lavender Lemonade made our midday lunch date GREAT! We decided on Outback because of the special menu we saw advertised on TV. Salad, Entree, Desert starting at 14.99. That’s a good deal for a three course meal!! Everything tastes so good. our food came out fast… And the Beverages were strong and cold Just how we like em! ❤️ The cheesecake for dessert made the whole meal even more enjoyable. We’ll be back very soon!
