The food was ok, we were headed back to Atlanta and a stop for a hamburger. The server was great and really took time with us. The cheesesticks were greasy and the wings didn’t have any sauce. The hamburger was average without any seasoning.

I ordered outback and got the ribeye steak., Well done. Had it delivered opened my food just looking at it, it was obviously overcooked (brunt)and when I tasted it, it was extremely salty to the point I could not eat the whole steak Reached out to the restaurant via email because no one answered the phone. I have not heard back from anyone this was a $40+ meal wasted.

The host Nevaeh was wonderful. She opened the door for me upon arrival and said “gooday mate” which was so funny. She was soooooo sweet and took me to my table right away and we were served right away as well. I would definitely go back because of the environment and the sweet staff! The manager Sami was wonderful as well. She was so sweet and checked on us throughout our whole experience making sure everything was up to standard. 10/10 outback experience.

Came out to celebrate the birth of my first grandbaby…. my mom and I got seated quickly, but were only given 1 menu to share. Took about 10 to 15 min to get a drink order in, and another 40 to order food. We thought about leaving before we ordered the food, but we were tired and didn’t want to find another place to eat. (We are from out of state). Took about 20ish minutes for our food to come out, it was ok. A little too salty for my taste. Not once did our server come and check on us throughout our meal. Took forever to get the check, and even longer to get the credit card back. When trying to find a manager, we were informed that they had 3 call outs and he was in the kitchen doing the dishes and was not available. I understand being short staffed, but what I don’t understand is why 2 tables that were sat after us, got their orders, ate, and left before we even got our food? Our server was apparently new and it was only his second day, but he should have been shadowing someone, or the manager should have been out on the floor and had someone else doing dishes. Won’t come back here again, next time I’m in town.

Stephanie was absolutely amazing! From the moment we sat down, her bubbly attitude and warm personality made the whole experience even better. You would never guess she’s new to Outback because she handled everything like a total pro. It’s clear she’s been serving for many years, she was confident, knowledgeable about the menu, and made great recommendations.
She was extremely attentive without being overbearing, kept our drinks filled, checked on us at the perfect times, and made sure everything came out just right. Her energy was positive, professional, and genuine.
She deserves recognition for her top-tier service all around!

Nearly everything was delicious. However the loaded mashed potatoes were very bland and the steak house mac and cheese was awful. No flavor and mushy.
Waited nearly 15 minutes for our cheesecake.
Waiter was super nice. Steak delicious.

I don’t like giving out bad reviews but this one earned it. We’ve been waiting for an hour and the sever is no where to be found to take our order. The waiting period is insanely long for poor service. Food took around 57mins to come to the tablee and it was so cold that the butter harden . The manager came and said she was sorry for everything and she would take care of the check.
Please do yourself a favor and DO NOT come here.

This was a delivery meal from Grubhub. I got the entree salad with salmon and blue cheese vinaigrette. It was delicious! I have to eat low carb, and this was a good option. I felt spoiled! The salmon was warm and flaky. It was seasoned well. If you’re trying to eat protein and low carb, I highly recommend it!
