To start, the ENTIRE dining room floor is slippery with grease. Patrons perform a balancing act to get to their tables. Bathrooms…GROSS!!!We ordered a fried shrimp appetizer. GREASY!!!!! My food came. 6 oz Sirloin and ribs. Eeew!!! Silverware is dirty. “Signature Loaded Baked Potato” had nothing in it but butter and cheese! Never again.DIRTY!!! The manager, Tavaris, was nice he discounted our meal and gave us a gift card but I probably won’t be back.

Outback is always a fan favorite. The steaks are quality and the service is generally good. The Bloomin Fried chicken was amazing. Our server Von was the best. Very attentive and offered menu suggestions that were delicious.

My wife and I went to this restaurant on 3/2/23. We waited fifteen minutes and a waitress never came to our table. We went to the hostess and she sent a waitress who didn’t even ask if we wanted to order drinks. Ten minutes later she came and took a drink order. A tea and a glass of wine. Tea came right away. Wine never came. We ordered wings as an appetizer. They can out quickly, still no wine. We ordered our dinners and asked again for the wine. It finally came out. We then waited a. Hour for our meals. My wife’s steak looked good but mine was RAW! I went and got the manager and showed her my steak. She the. Asked,” what temperature did you want?” I said, “ medium but this is completely raw!” I the. Told her how disgusted I was by the whole experience and offered $25 to cover what we had eaten. I couldn’t believe she took it and we walked out. I wouldn’t eat at this outback if I was starving and it was the only restaurant available. We wasted an hour and a half of our lives and went home very disappointed.

Food was great and our waitress was awesome. Other than a long wait my only other complaint is that cars waiting for curbside pickup were blocking the wheelchair ramp. My husband who uses a walker almost fell stepping off the curb because he couldn’t get access to the ramp.

My husband and I came here for the Walk about Wednesday promotion. Kayla was our amazing server. She was inviting and knowledgeable of the things we asked about the menu. She did an awesome job of recommending the Sydney Shrooms for an appetizer, which were delicious. The food was hot and fresh. Service was great and fast. We will be returning!
