Now onto the service and food:
My husband and I ordered their blooming fried shrimp for an appetizer. That was amazing. It was well seasoned, the portion size was great and the temperature of the shrimp were perfect. For our entrees my husband ordered the half pound outback burger which he enjoyed. I ordered the 6 oz Victoria’s filet mignon and lobster with a baked potato and Caesar salad. My meal was so delicious. The steak was so good and my lobster was very satisfying. The portion size for my entree was great. I would have appreciated the temperature of my food be a bit hotter though. It seemed maybe my food was a tad bit lukewarm or had been sitting for a few minutes before being served. I like my food to be hot (just like how our appetizer was served). Our server was very polite, pleasant and attentive. Overall I would come back here to enjoy their amazing food.
Now onto the review of service and food.
I arrived and was seated within 3 mins (keep in mind this is grand opening and was packed) water to table within 2 mins. We ordered drinks (my server recommended them) and they where fantastic! Also got the outback DUCKS! I also tryed there old fashioned(my choice) and it was way to sweet for my taste as old fashioned is supposed to enhance the liquor/bourbon taste with settle citrus and wood/smoke flavor. We also did the famous appetizers blooming onion and blooming shrimp (definitely recommend the shrimp as they put a lot on that plate and it was juicy and was perfect.) everything was great drinks where cute and the service was awesome! I ordered the steak and wife ordered chicken sandwich (both where good). Dessert was great as there carrot cake was amazing and their signature chocolate brownie was also great and dressed.
Great experience and will definitely be back in a month or two once the grand opening is through. 10/10 will eat again!! Great location and staff. Was not pressured to burn and turn took my time with our meal and enjoyed everything! Thank you.
Cannot recommend this place enough. Amazing food and great staff.
Got there and our call ahead was lost. Still got a seat within 15 minutes due to their mess up. Ordered within 10 minutes of being seated. Sat for another hour with 2 kids (2 and 6)waiting for food. Finally told the servicer to just box up our food to go. Then took another 15 minutes because our food was not even ready yet. Got home with our to go bag only to realize all of our food wasn’t there and what was there was very poor quality. Over done fillet, missing items, joke of a fruit bowl, bacon bits in salad too hard to chew but was full of them, and overall poor taste for everything. The location is half the size of a normal Outback and simply cannot accommodate the amount of people wanting to dine. Consider yourself lucky if you never get a seat and go else where, it’s 100% not worth any kind of wait.
Maybe will try again in a year or so if this place is even still open.
The Coconut shrimp was the best we’ve ever had. The breading was so light. I highly recommend it.
It’s one thing for the kitchen to be “backed up” but a totally different thing for no one to say anything about it nor offer any real remedy for the inconvenience which is made the experience poor. Take your business to Longhorn across the street. Maybe the customer service is better.
