We always have a good experience at this outback.Our server was on top of his game and took very good care of us. Our steaks were cooked to our expectations and all of our meals were to our liking. We had good service,the prices were in line with what we expected and the atmosphere is always nice.
As we were leaving,the hostess made it a point to get the door and extend us a good evening. Great job !

Audrey was absolutely amazing! She was very attentive, always had a smile on her face, and made us feel genuinely welcome. She was helpful, friendly, upbeat, and incredibly kind throughout our entire visit. Our drinks stayed full, everything came out perfectly, and her positive attitude truly made the experience even better. Audrey is the kind of waitress that keeps people coming back. Outstanding service!

My advice is don’t go here before 5:00. In the past month we’ve been 3 times & the last 2 times we went around 3ish, the service is always bad. For example we went a couple of days ago & even though it was completely empty inside & we were the only customer at all, we still had to wait 10 minutes just to be seated. Then we had to wait at least another 10 minutes for our waitress to finally come over. Our waitress was not very tentative (Amanda) and when it came to paying at the kiosk she kind of talked down to us. like we were stupid and didn’t know how to use it even after we told her we knew how to use it twice already. My wife & son always get the Aussie 3 way but the past 3 times they forgot to give us our cheesecake & we had to ask for it. so I’m starting to think this is a common practice $ they’re hoping you forget about it. On top of all of that when we asked our waitress for it, 10 minutes goes by & she comes over & is like are you all good. We were like no we’re waiting on the cheesecake we asked you for 10 minutes ago. which is absurd because when we placed heour order she input that we had cheesecake so I’m confused at why we even had to ask about it. Then instead of asking us, she brings it to go which isn’t a horrible deal but trying to eat it out of that little walled plastic container is not as easy as eating it off a plate when you have arthritis in your hands & are disabled. We also eat at the Fayetteville location a few times a month also & never have any service issues. We had a real bad experience here about 6 months ago but the manager made it right and since then no issues until these past 3 visits in the past month. I don’t know why it just seems like the early wait staff just don’t care.

My friend and I waited about 50 minutes but we completely understand. It is a Friday night and valentines weekend. No worries there. I told the hostess it would be a party of 2. When they called my name, they tried to sit us at a table but there was no room for us to sit across from each other. The tables were to close together. They expected us to sit side by side at a very small table. We were not on a romantic date. What the hell? They then put us at a table still very small so I had to pull another table next to it so we could have room for all our food and drinks. OK, we were finally situated. Now here comes the waitress. I am not nor will I ever be the type of person to call someone by name in a negative review. Maybe she was just having a bad day but she seemed to have a little bit of “I’d rather be somewhere else” attitude. Maybe she worked a long shift and she was tired. I completely understand that feeling. However, if I waited that long for service, at least check to see if we need refills. We have always had good service during lunch hours but tonight seemed very “off”. The food was not the problem, but the service tonight was subpar.

My husband and I had a wonderful experience! From the moment we walked in, Sydney and Shay at the host stand were so welcoming and friendly — they made us feel right at home. Our server, Chantel, was absolutely amazing! She was attentive, kind, and made sure everything was perfect throughout our meal. The service from start to finish was top-notch.
