Not long after being seated our waitress let us know she had a big group to take care of but would “try to be attentive to us” which seemed really rude. After receiving our food and taking one bite we realized our food was still raw. I asked for medium well, which is brown but now we’ll done, I’ve always asked for my meat to be cooked to that degree, my son asked for a steak well done, it was still pink and bleeding. The manager did take them off our check but barely apologized. This was my son’s first time to Outback after I talked it up about how great it was, but we ended up leaving without even eating dinner.

Our waitress Patience was AWESOME, we had been driving out of State visiting family, we were tired and hungry, as soon as we were seated a smiling face approached us , even though she was busy with a full house she always was there asking if we needed anything. Ask for her you wont be disappointed. Left her a excellent tip. Thank you Patience for making a long journey enjoyable.

Jessie was our server…she was great! On the other hand, the steaks were all cooked wrong. We had a long wait time to get our original order and it would have been possibly another 30 minutes to get steaks that would have been correctly cooked. There were several parties there but we did not have to wait to be seated when we arrived. The manager did come out and address the issue with our order. All in all, when you drive out of town to eat at a “steak house” and the steaks are not even cooked right, it will make you second guess giving the restaurant another chance!

Extremely awesome at her job. Very well spoken and works at a higher standard than most of the other waitress, at Longhorns. Glad we decided to change it up from Longhorn to Outbacks today!

This was a wonderful meal. Our server Brittany was top notch and the food was great. I hadn’t been to Outback in a while so this reminded me what a nice dining experience there is there. My brother got soup and a wedge salad. I am definitely coming back for that gorgeous salad! Well done Outback!

Very impressed with the entire crew today, it was super busy and the food came out fast and was great. Our server Madison was amazing and is the main reason we will return. The family hadn’t been in a while and she was very helpful with the menu and with my elderly parents. Thanks Outback for a great lunch. We will be back

It’s my new favorite place to eat even though it’s in another state. I had the Alice Springs chicken and the filet mignon meal that was incredible. It was the best meal I’ve ever had period.

The food was really good and our server was beyond awesome! Her name is Dulce and I would’ve specified her by name in the restaurant’s survey, but I’m really bad with names and it timed out before I could ask her. She went above and beyond for me and made my experience significantly more enjoyable.

Showed up on New Year’s Eve and was seated immediately. Service was great and the food was delicious. I was with a party of 4, all having a steak and a blooming onion as an appetizer. The cherry coke was delicious as well. Every time I come to Outback, my steak is cooked to perfection.

Ordered the Canberra Chopped Steak.. well done. This is what I received. I do not eat any pink in Hamburger!!!! The fees I paid to have delivered and not be able to eat. Does not make me happy
