Absolutely outstanding service from Mr. Mike! Dude knew everything about the menu and I’m talking about like literally every section of the menu Recommended us a lovely steak we wouldn’t have thought about getting on our own (the new ribeye, a little fatty for us but perfect position for two and still so buttery and smooth), And had the mac & cheese, Caesar salad, frozen marg (NO BUSINESS BEING SO GOOD OMG) and the new three cheese dip, which was absolutely delicious!! Honestly, everything was just so 10 out of 10, but what really blew it out of the water with Mike and even the hostess was just so sweet while walking us to the table! It’s really insane how a knowledgeable staff and kind service can impact a meal before you ever take a single bite ❤️ felt so much more like upscale dining. We will be back, not only for the food, but for Mike’s great service!!

I recently dined at this restaurant with a group of friends and was pleased with the prompt seating. The bread service was exceptional, as it always is. Our server was attentive and friendly, ensuring that our needs were met throughout the meal. We opted for the three-course meal, which offered a range of options. I chose the steak with a baked potato, but found the steak to be overcooked and excessively seasoned with black pepper. One of my companions also found their chop steak to be inedible due to the excessive use of black pepper. The three-course meal included a choice of soup or salad and cheesecake, making it a good value. However, the overuse of black pepper was a drawback. The atmosphere and service, however, were commendable.

This is my friend’s favorite place so we stopped in to eat.
I ordered the Outback center cut sirloin with a baked sweet potato and asparagus. The steak was surprisingly good. It was seasoned well and wasn’t charred into oblivion. The sweet potato was tasty and the asparagus were tender. The cheese fries were delicious also.
Our server was attentive and polite. The only issue we had was when my friend asked for a table that wasn’t beside the bar. The hostess acted put out and it became awkward. To be clear, it was 4pm and slow, it shouldn’t have been an inconvenience to move us to a different table.
But over all, the experience was good.

My server (Charles) was excellent. My steak was well done when asked for medium. They offered to fix it and I agreed. Steak came back 20 minutes after my husband had eaten his meal and it was raw. I appreciated management coming to acknowledge the issue and she offered to continue trying to fix it but I was not willing to wait that long

Don’t expect to get Foster beer at this location even tho there is a liquor store 1/2 mile away that sells the oil cans. 3 visits and we never got a draft beer because they were always out and the oil cans were not chilled yet. Sirloin was a bit tough cooked at medium. My ribs were good but we mostly go to enjoy Fosters on draft, which is the only place we’ve ever had it. No more trying.

I ordered the 12 oz New York strip with mashed potatoes. The steak was okay, but unfortunately the mashed potatoes tasted sour. I only had two bites before realizing something wasn’t right. The flavor was off, and after smelling them, they seemed spoiled. It was disappointing because the rest of the meal was fine. I hope the restaurant can look into this and improve their quality control.

I had dinner at the Outback Steakhouse in Douglasville and ordered the 13 oz ribeye cooked medium rare — and they nailed it. The steak was perfectly seasoned, buttery, and tender without being chewy. Excellent job on that!
There was a small mix-up with my order — I asked for a loaded baked potato but received loaded mashed potatoes instead. The presentation looked nice, but the mashed potatoes tasted like they might’ve come from a dehydrated mix rather than fresh. I wouldn’t recommend those.
On the bright side, the asparagus was spot-on — flavorful and cooked just right. My sweet tea wasn’t great, but everything else made up for it.

I got the ribeye and coconut shrimp, which the ribeye was good, and the shrimp were alright. I also ordered fries as a side but didn’t get them. I got the blooming onion, which was okay. They offered extra sauce for them, but I only got the one. The bread and butter were pretty good. The sirloin and broccoli were good. Caesar salad was okay, same as the side salad with blue cheese vinegarette. I also ordered the crocktail (with liquor), but they brought out the mocktail version instead, which wasn’t good.

Everything started off fine. We had Travieon as our server for the evening, but shortly after, the experience declined. There was an extremely long wait for our appetizer, followed by an even longer wait for the single alcoholic beverage we ordered, which was delivered by a different server. After our order was taken, the food once again took a very long time to arrive. I specifically requested no bacon on my baked potato, yet it arrived with bacon and was again delivered by another server (who was extremely nice). We were never offered bread, and our water glasses were never refilled. My salad, which was ordered, was forgotten entirely. It took so long that I forgot about it myself. When it finally arrived, it was brought by someone else. I had already ordered dessert along with my main meal, but after waiting for quite some time, I had to get up and look for our server. He was standing at the hostess stand talking with another employee. The ticket was incorrect. He stated that the up charge for premium sides was “$1ish” and the were almost $4 additional. When he finally came to the table, he asked if we would like to order dessert, having completely forgotten that it had already been ordered. When the cheesecake arrived, it was still partially frozen in the center. I asked to speak with a manager, but no one ever came to our table. I work in the service industry myself, where a large portion of my income comes from tips, and I genuinely enjoy tipping well for good service. It’s disappointing to see customer service decline to this level.

Wow. What a turnaround. Went for lunch today. Everyone was so nice and the food was great. Manager came around and was checking to make sure everyone had a great meal. When I left he even opened the door for me and thanked me for coming. I told him you probably only see negative reviews but I praised him for the great service and meal. Best dining experience I’ve had in years.
