Outback Steakhouse was honestly amazing. I had not been in probably 20 years, and everything remembered loving was just as good as hoped. The food quality was excellent, and the value really stood out. The price for what you get is fantastic. I wil absolutely be coming back regularly. My server’s name unfortunately escapes me, but she was incredible. Her attitude, personality, and energy alone made my entire day better, and that kind of service really sticks with you.

We come to Outback often and usually love it — it’s one of our go-to spots for family dinners. The food is typically great and the atmosphere is always welcoming.
Unfortunately, our Valentine’s dinner didn’t go as expected. My husband was brought the wrong size steak with his meal. Our server was absolutely amazing — so kind, attentive, and extremely apologetic. He truly did everything he could to make it right, and we really appreciated his attitude and professionalism.
However, it took over 45 minutes to get the corrected steak. By the time it finally came out, everyone else at the table had already finished eating, so my husband had to take it home. The next day, when he went to cut into it, he found a worm in the steak. That was obviously very upsetting and disappointing, especially considering this was meant to be a special Valentine’s dinner.
We understand mistakes happen, and again, our server handled the situation as best as he could. But between the long wait and the quality issue with the replacement steak, this experience was really disappointing for us — especially since we normally have such good visits here.
We truly hope this was just an off night because we’ve had so many good experiences before.

I think they sent me in an area that was far away from the bartender, so I’ll give them the benefit of the doubt. The steak was mediocre, the shrimp were pretty good and so were the side orders, my biggest problem was that they gave me little shot glasses of mushrooms and onions and charge me more than the menu said. The onions were not fit to eat. They were the type of onions that you peel from the outside of an onion and throw away. They decided to cook those anyway and serve them to their customers in shot glasses. They were tiny little cups granted these days 99 cents doesn’t go very long way, but this was a tiny amount of onions and mushrooms and on top of that the onions were not edible. I included a picture of the onions to show what I mean about the fact that they were the part that you peel off and throw away. There are a lot of other good places to eat these days and as expensive as steak has become, I will probably take my business elsewhere.

I visited Outback Steakhouse in Alpharetta and absolutely loved it! The atmosphere was amazing — warm, lively, and welcoming. The staff were super friendly and made me feel right at home from the moment I walked in.
I had my first ever steak here, and it was simply perfect — tender, juicy, and full of flavor. Every bite was a treat! The sides were great too, and everything came out hot and fresh.
Overall, an incredible experience — great food, great service, and great vibes. I’ll definitely be coming back!

Have been going to this outback since it moved from jones bridge/state bridge road. Always had a great experience at the old location but since they moved locations every time I came it was always something, horrible service, steak always under or over cooked so I stopped going… why would I spend over $100 for something that was always a bad experience… it’s been about 1.5 years since I’ve been there and tonight I decided I wanted to try again… best decision I made today!!! I had the best server I have ever had in my life!! She was attentive, friendly, interacted with my kids, took my allergy seriously and made sure all of our food was how we ordered it… for the first time in so long I didnt have to send one thing back to the kitchen. She also made sure the kids had their food first because she actually listened on how I was planning on splitting it up evenly to the both of them. If you go here ask for Aulani!!! You will not be disappointed I will always ask for her and I could keep on giving her compliments. Literally she will not disappoint you with her service and compassion!!!

My wife Ordered the Sammie sandwich. They brought her grilled salmon. I ordered the Ribeye med/well, it arrived very rare. My steak was res-erved correctly but the were out of the meat for the Sammie Sandwich. The manager wasn’t very helpful. No discounts for our trouble. We won’t visit this location again.

Great food! Great price! Great experience overall. BBQ wings were incredible and please get the seasoned veggies. I had the broccoli today and it was so good. My server was Mohammed and he went above and beyond to make us feel amazing on our anniversary night. I will definitely come back 🙂

The overall customer service felt like an afterthought. Basic things like checking on the table, refilling drinks, and ensuring the order was correct simply didn’t happen. It felt like the staff didn’t care whether customers were having a good experience or not.

The place was busy. We were seated right away. Our server was nice and helpful. We had the yummy warm bread and a blooming onion to start things off right. The meals were delicious. I loved my pasta with shrimp and steak. A staff member was very attentive when our gift card didn’t work right. The cinnamon martini was so good. We took the little quala bears home that were with the drinks. Overall a great experience.
