Haven’t been to outback in years. Went on 1/16/26 for a birthday dinner for my daughter we had a party of 7 no reservation and were seated within 15 mins and the establishment was relatively busy so that was good . Our server Nita was great and very attentive and friendly . My complaints were about the wait time for food . We were seated at 7:24 our appetizers came out around 8 and again I saw our waitress go put our orders in you could tell she was trying to accommodate for the long wait . The main meal came out around 845 !! At this point whole table was cold tired and sleepy it was a Friday night . I do feel Nita did great by trying to keep refills and bread small conversation but that long wait for food was crazy . Especially for a birthday dinner she’s 11 and she definitely was over it . I will say the food was tasty the only complaint was the chicken in the pasta lacked flavor but everything else even the drinks were tasty bill was 260 and they sang happy birthday and gave our girl some ice cream . I suggest they work on speed of service they definitely had us like what is going on !!!

Picked up a to go order tonight and when I got home my blooming onion wasn’t done. A good chunk of it still had wet batter on it. I had asked for it well done and crispy, and honestly it would have been fine it had even been cooked normally. I’d have been a lil disappointed but wouldn’t have complained bc it would still be edible. A lot of it this soggy and wet. Staff was great, though. Host was super nice. The young lady who took my order was great, so was the young man who brought my order out.

This was a really great night for me. I celebrated my 1st year anniversary with my boyfriend and the entire staff delivered. My server was very nice and attentive but the food won the night considering i only managed to get a picture of my appetizer. Everything was flavorful and worth the penny definitely recommend this specific outback steakhouse!!

Outback — now, then, and forever — will always hold a special place in my heart. The flavors are consistent, fresh, and downright good. I ordered the salmon, a baked sweet potato, and a salad, and everything was perfectly seasoned — especially that sweet potato.

And of course, who could ever forget the bread? The pièce de résistance — warm, soft, and just perfect.

The drinks? Only $5! I went for the Wallaby Darned and the margarita — both hit the spot. The whole experience felt like nostalgia wrapped in a bow.

Service was just as memorable — no wait times, and our server was incredibly kind and attentive. Outback always delivers, and this visit reminded me why it’ll always be a favorite

On June 4 2024, I was treated to dinner by visiting ministers I met at a nearby church and online. Our first time here plus one extra person. We waited close to an hour to be seated. I ordered the porterhouse well done, the macaroni and cheese and vegetables. First thing on the table was free dry baked bread with the butter in plastic cups. The bread didn’t look appetizing. I requested a second serving of bread later before our food arrived; that one was soft, hot and fresh. That bread was hot enough to melt the butter that was served in plastic to-go sauce cups. My first drink was sweetened iced tea which tasted like the local chlorinated water without any tea flavor, and my second drink was lemonade, which tasted much better. The female waitress handed our drinks without a serving tray, so they were held to her apron at the chest and stomach areas. The first cutlery was not clean entirely so I requested a second set from the waitress. Steak knives were not available when we were seated. The waitress asked if plastic knives were acceptable but realized they would not cut well into the steaks. All but one person ordered steak. My steak was not grilled well done but poorly seasoned and poorly grilled. One side of the steak had char with the seasoning but no seasoning or char on the other side. The steak was not top-notch but okay, not as good as I expected in meat texture because of the bad grilling. The steak was a decent size and thickness. I do not remember if steak sauce was offered to us. Based on the looks of the medium rare steaks from the two who sat across from me, I guess I should have ordered the same. The macaroni and cheese was superb from the texture of the pasta and the flavors of the cheese sauce. The to-go plates fitted badly, and it was a struggle to combine the lids to the bottoms. The women’s bathroom was clean and stocked. After this experience, I no longer had the desire for this chain.

I visited Outback Steakhouse on 12/23/25 to celebrate my birthday, and the experience was highly disappointing and honestly embarrassing. Despite calling ahead and having a reservation, we waited an unreasonably long time to be seated. When I asked the girls at the front desk for an update, I was told they were “waiting on a server” and “in the middle of a shift change,” delivered with an attitude—as if it was my fault they seated guests without adequate staffing.
To make matters worse, I overheard one waitress ask another employee about seating, only to be met with, “I’m not sure, that ain’t my area and I really don’t care.” The lack of professionalism and poor attitudes from the younger staff at the front were shocking and unwelcoming. The only bright spot was our Asian server, who was a breath of fresh air. She was pleasant, professional, attentive, and genuinely kind. She completely changed the tone of the experience once she came to the table and even surprised me with a complimentary birthday dessert. She deserves recognition for excellent service. Unfortunately, the food was another major letdown. Every plate at our table contained more fatty pieces than actual meat, which is unacceptable given the price point.
My family and I spent over $300 on what turned out to be a very poor dining experience. I regret choosing Outback to celebrate my birthday and will not be returning. I will also be contacting corporate regarding this visit.
Outback can—and should—do better.

I ordered pick up. When I asked for Sal and pepper he told me they don’t have that for take out. No plates no salt no pepper? My sides were loosely wrapped in aluminum foil. $40 and I’m not getting any condiments or plates? I’ve eaten at Outback Steakhouses many times. First time doing pick up. Never again.

I did not eat in this restaurant, but I did get a curbside order. They were extremely busy and I didn’t catch the lady’s name, but she was very helpful and understanding and my food came out pretty close to the Time day forecast. I love outback and the blooming onion and I will be back

Was browsing the area for new restaurants, and from start to finish it was absolute perfection. The food is divine! The drinks were extremely cute and very delicious especially the spicy one! The service is exceptional and our waiter Tierny was just a vibe!!! And I can honestly say it was one of the best meals we have ever had since we moved to the area.
