I had the worst steak I’ve had in a very long time. It was tough and “stringy.” Very poor cut of meat. Not at all what I expected and very disappointing. I expected better. I will say that I received excellent service. She even offered to get me another steak. I declined because I really didn’t expect any better quality. I feel like I wasted my money.

I ordered delivery. Check out my photos. I evidently got some type of hybrid shrimp fused with a scallop and then flattened and yes it tasted like it looks. Outback never fails to disappoint me. Won’t be going back. Oh yes it cost me 60 bucks too.

Around 2 on Sunday. We got a seat right away. Had to wait on a waiter and we order sweet tea, coffee (which was cold and strong) and bread. after waiting sometime, the waiter came back, and we ordered ribs (out of ribs) ordered Prime Rib (not ready yet) so we paid over $ 8.00 for the drinks and bread. 4 out of 5 times it was BAD! Won’t be going back to Aiken Outback.

Sat at the table for over 5 minutes while a waitress and waiter walked past multiple times never got served or greeted! In this day and time there’s just too many places to get a steak. As we left no one said have a good night well three people stood at the hostess stand! I can understand if you were busy but there were dozens of tables open and multiple people standing around. I understand that 7:00 on a Friday night is busier but no one even touched our table.

Veterans day complimentary meal. The cheeseburger was juicy and delicious. The fries were crispy and light which told me the fryer was pretty clean. The house salad with the Balsamic something or other dressing recommended by our server was delicious. We took the cheesecake home and devoured it in the evening as we were stuffed from the other food. It also was delicious. I didn’t care very much for the music that was playing, but that won’t stop me from eating here again. My sis and I, both vets from the 70’s, highly praise this establishment !!! Thanks for the delicious, free meal. We’ll be back and will pass on our experience.

Several weeks ago, l did a curbside pickup. Shayla ( l think that’s how her name is spelled) was super sweet. There was an issue with my order online and l called the restaurant and she handled it. She was professional and very sweet about the whole situation. The food was also great. Thank you again for excellent service!

Long week at work and decided to get curbside on a Friday night. Put in order for a ribeye for hubby, Joey sirloin for my daughter, and sirloin/alice springs chicken combo for me. We all got salads as well.
Arrive to get food and curbside waitress was not friendly at all. Said, “you picking up for Nick” I said yes ma’am. She came back out about 5 minutes later. She only brought 1 bag and it had nothing but salad. I went through the bag as she made her way inside. The salads were supposed to not have onions and all of them had onions and cheese and that was it!! No cucumbers or tomatoes or croutons. Salad was wilted and just looked awful! Called the restaurant to let them know I was missing the rest of my order, took 6 minutes for someone to answer the phone. Whoever answered the phone said she would send someone out and hung up. Didn’t apologize nor was she friendly. 5 minutes later, another person comes outside and said, you called about missing food…. I said yes, all I got was my salads. I didn’t even want to say anything about how pitiful they looked because I was already annoyed. The lady that brought out our food initially came out with the other bag and apologized that she didn’t know it was 2 bags…I waited tables all through high school and college and we always checked the tickets before giving out Togo food so I’m like why not look at the ticket to make sure all the food is there. But I didnt…
Got home and dispersed food. I went to cut my daughter’s steak up and it was so rubbery, it was sliding out of the Togo tray. She wouldn’t eat it and said it was too spicy. My husband and I said the same about our steaks. They were so peppery, my mouth was on fire. That’s all we tasted was salt and pepper. The salads were pitiful like I said before and my Alice springs was moist but it was full of salt and pepper as well. I enjoyed my broccoli the most…
I will never return to outback! I don’t go often but every time I good, the food the service is always lousy for the amount of money they charge. $75 later on a Friday night after a long week at work and barely any food was touched by my family. We are too tired to even call and complain! Wouldn’t do any good anyway, they won’t refund the money…

Sat at the table for 10 minutes while my server was just sitting down chatting with colleagues. The food came out under cooked the mashed potatoes tasted burnt just a bad experience with the new ownership also. The manager had an attitude also or the store owner who every he was his name was Stevens or something like that gave me attitude problems. Was also forced to leave a 20% tip for bad service and food
