I have not been to outback since I was young but I let my buddy Jim decide where we were going to eat and this is what he chose. The best thing about the whole meal was the company. Upon arrival we ordered our drinks. Some lemonades and a sprite. Keep in mind we are very tolerant of wait times, the drinks came rather quickly and they tasted good. As we ordered out food things started to get a little well, complicated. My wife is vegan and my daughter is vegetarian. We made sure to make that very clear with the server so mistakes would not be made. She then proceeds to put an order in for chicken nuggets for my daughter . We correct it and then put our orders in. From the point where our food was ordered to served was just slightly under a hour and a half. Keep in mind the place was pretty quiet at the time as we did arrive a little later in the evening. As I said earlier , I don’t mind the wait however the server only checked on drinks and needs if we flagged her down. After asking for refills she seemed to have forgot again and filled the table with profuse apologies. Eventually our food came and it seemed pretty well plated. I looked over at my wife’s meal and there was butter cream slathered all over her sweet potato . Turned to the other side to see my daughter making a strange face as her potato was slammed full with bacon squares. We returned them back immediately and waited on the replacements just too notice that my son did not get any lobster with his lobster and steak dinner. We were able to flag down the waitress leading her to stomp off to the kitchen. Shortly after they returned with a lobster tail. We once again had to waive her down for refills. The food though , terrible. I ordered the steak and shrimp fettuccine. The steak had the consistency of Liver. The noodles had no seasoning at all and the sauce was very scarce. My wife informed me that her rice was so dry that she had to mix it with her sweet potato. After all this a 230$ bill and we all could only eat about 10% of the food as the rest was tasteless and if microwaved consistency. My feet will hit a pine box before they ever walk into this Outback again

Took wife out for Birthday Steak. Got on waiting list early- so no wait. Steak was excellent, Service was very good, Latasha took very good care of us!!!
My only fault was the floor was VERY slippery. Not dirty slippery, but maybe waxed. My cane had no grip at all. So if you use cane or crutches be very careful, i almost fell twice.
Otherwise very good.

I had not been to an outback steak house in many years and I was very disappointed in the food at the Greenwood location. The steak was chewy and not juicy at all, the “loaded” baked potato was smothered in sour cream with little else on it and the blooming onion was great at the top but the bottom was just onion with no batter and not completely cooked. For the price we paid for 5 people, we will not be back. Honestly, we could cook this dinner better at home.
Our server did a good job and visited our table frequently to check on us. As far the atmosphere, it wasn’t dirty, it just didn’t sparkle and looked a little worn out (the underside of the table across from us was peeling off and could be seen hanging down a bit). It just wasn’t giving the cozy flare I had experienced at other outback locations in the past.

Im not one to usually complain, but after this place, i must.
The good: our server was awesome, she was very prompt, attentive, and sweet.
The bad: our blooming onion appetizer was burnt so went mostly un-eaten. The male server that brought out drinks seemed pissed off when we asked for straws. 2 of us had the house salad, the salad was very wilted and had some brown, and who knew a house salad was only lettuce and sauce, no cheese, no tomatoes, no cucumbers, no croutons, what a shame. Some of us didnt enjoy our food. They wouldn’t even let me order a full extra meal to go when we leave, I was told we can only order from the Togo menu, and that was a joke, a salad with a few shrimps for over $10. We only went here because one in our party of 6 suggested it. Personally, I will probably never eat here again. I hope others have a better experience.

Our waitress was awesome and friendly. Steaks were cooked perfect the first time and food was great. My daughter loved the mac and cheese. Pretty good joint and glad to see they are getting back to normal and folks are coming back out. No complaints

Ordered to-go and they were slammed. It’s the first day after the storm that people could really drive. The wind was blowing and it was cold but the young lady who was going to all of the cars in the to-go line was on it. I could tell she was cold but she did a good job. I left a decent tip. Apparently the ones who work the to- go line make the same as servers or so Iv heard. Shame on Outback if that’s true.

A little disappointing. I am staying in the Holiday Inn on business which is right near by and went over for dinner. I ordered a baked potato loaded, salad and bowl of chili to-go through the bar. I waited 54 minutes, A few guests came in after I had ordered and received their food a good time before mine came out. The potato and soup were cold, the potato had no trimmings or toppings with it. No dressing on the salad, no silverware and no bread. Not a very pleasant experience. Not a good night for Outback. Bartender just kept saying “It’s coming” with each dinner of other guests that came out.

Had an excellent dinner tonight with my daughter and grandkids. Prime rib was nice and rare, just as I love it! My daughters filet was cooked perfectly as well. The manager was super nice, and checked on ever table. Best Outback I have been too!

*Changed my review to 5 stars as my most recent visit definitely improved! The steak was so delicious. **Normally I LOVE the Outback. Their steaks are AMAZING. It may have just been anxiety if being a new waitress, but our server forgot or messed up almost the entire meal. 4 adults, 2 kids. The kids meal fries were doused in the salt & pepper seasoning, I had no garlic butter topping for my steak, and it got cold waiting for it. My “premium” side of mac & cheese was actually cold & had no topping or cheesiness to it. No bread until AFTER appetizers & we had asked 3 times. No croutons for my mothers caesar salad, no sour cream, no butter that were all requested. Positives: the manager…I think Stephanie was her name, made it right & comped several things from our bill. I was just disappointed we had looked forward to dining out for my nephews birthday & nobody at the table fully enjoyed their meal, except for my pups when they got our leftovers!
