Everything was amazing! Mike was our sever, excellent, excellent, excellent!! Food was stuffing and came out very quick. Walked in and was immediately seated. Prices are very affordable for the most part! Mike was very helpful on getting us deals for our meal! Greatly appreciated him! 🙂 would definitely recommend 100/10!!

Floors in different areas were dirty. Drink service from the bar was slow. Im not a big fan of the electronic ordering/game things at the table, it was a huge distraction for my children and they were resistant to eating because they wanted to fight over and/or play with it and look at them on other tables. Presentation of the food was disappointing, very little attention to detail. The children’s chicken fingers were a fair portion but the chicken fingers themselves were tiny. I definitely feel like there is a better value in town for the money we spent. Our server was very kind but service as a whole was slow and the electronic tablets that EVERYONE had seemed to be a disruption across the board. I cant say we will be back.

This restaurant was terrible. It took 2 hrs to receive our food, and when it came, it was complete. I had the bloomin’ burger, and when it was brought to the table, it was warm and had no sauce on it. This was after waiting 2 hrs. for it. Our friend had ordered the prime rib, medium well. What was placed in front of him was a blood red hunk of meat, barely cooked. He sent it back twice, and when they brought it to him, again, not completely done. The onion petals were left off the burgers, and were brought in separate condiment cups. Another friend had ordered ribs. After approximately 2hrs, he was told they were out of ribs. He order a burger instead. My daughter ordered the chicken wing appetizer. When that arrived, it was mushy and made her sick. She didn’t eat it and they did take this off our bill. Granted, this was on a Sunday and we were a party of 16, but if you are unable to accommodate large groups, then be upfront and say so. Smaller groups were coming in after us and getting their food and leaving before we ever received our orders. We were there for approximately 3 hrs and half the orders were not right. Needless to say, this is the last time we will be dining at this restaurant. Poor service, poor food. A definite nay-nay on our list.

I recently had the misfortune of dining at Outback Steakhouse – Easley, and it was easily one of the most disappointing restaurant experiences I’ve had in a long time.

From the moment we walked in, things felt off. The host seemed irritated that we existed, and we stood awkwardly at the front for several minutes while employees avoided eye contact. Once seated, we waited far too long just to be acknowledged. Our server finally showed up, barely introduced themselves, and then disappeared for extended stretches throughout the meal.

The food was the biggest letdown. The steak, which should be the highlight of any Outback, was overcooked, dry, and strangely bland—like it had been sitting under a heat lamp for hours. The “seasoned” vegetables tasted like plain steamed freezer mix, and the baked potato was lukewarm at best. Even the famous bread came out cold and stale, which feels almost impressive considering how hard that is to mess up.

To top it off, the restaurant itself looked tired and poorly maintained. Sticky tables, smudged silverware, and a general sense that no one was paying attention to detail made the whole experience uncomfortable.

For the price we paid, I expected at least a decent meal and passable service. Instead, we left frustrated, still hungry, and wondering how a steakhouse could get so many basics wrong. I definitely won’t be returning.

I should have listened to the recent reviews.

This place USED to be good. We’ve now has 2 really bad experiences/meals and would not go back. The food was terrible at this last visit. Potato soup was brought COLD… like out of the fridge cold in the bowls. How does that even happen??! Salads with wrong dressing, no refills on drinks as our server disappeared for long periods. Which was tedious as we wanted her to take the cold soup back and get correct dressings. Service took FOREVER. We were there 3.5 hours for lunch on Sunday! It was not overly busy, either. Chicken wings took FOREVER to come and were tiny, very oily and mushy. Salads took 45 mins to come out.
Coconut shrimp looked HUGE but we’re ALL batter balls with a little shrimp buried deep inside. The mashed potatoes were cold and tasted weird, the Alice Springs chicken ( which was ALWAYS a fav) was rubbery and didn’t taste at all like usual. Blooming onion burgers had no sauce or onion string topping! Steak that was ordered medium came out almost raw and the cook actually came out to table and argued with our friend that it was med! It was sent back THREE times!! Each time cook came to table, waited for him to cut it and it was still not cooked enough. He finally just gave up, didn’t eat and it was taken off the bill. The food is just thrown on the plates, looks unappetizing and shows ZERO effort by kitchen staff. This place is not cheap ( nothing is nowadays) and the food was very sub standard. We expected (from years past visits) MUCH better in both food quality/taste and service. The waitress was MIA most of the 3.5 hours we were there. She did finally bring the soup back and returned about 20 mins later with warm soup that looked like it had been recycled…no nice presentation ( toppings) as in past. The whole visit this time was just awful. And the time before that (months before) was pretty decent service but food wasn’t great. We figured any place can have an off night and tried again, but apparently, this place has permanently slipped. An old favorite that we will no longer recommend or patronize, sadly. The bathrooms were also a complete disaster, and the floors in the dining area were littered with trash as well. Not a clean environment at all for a restaurant!

It had been a couple decades since my last meal at an Outback. We were pleasantly surprised. Steaks (delmonico and sirloin) were cooked to perfection. Asparagus and mashed potatoes and Fries were good. Side salad was ok. Very friendly service! Chip was an excellent server!!!

Our waitress was chip. He was amazing, funny and had a great work ethic. Check in girls in the front had a blah attitude and didnt bring our silverware when we was seated. Waited a total of 2 hours once seated to get our food. Food was cold. Had a hair in mines. I wont be going back. Prices went up and was not worth it. Immediately went home cause my stomach was turned. $90 waste of time

Mary Miller was our waitress. She was absolutely amazing. From the time we were seated to the time we got our receipt. She stayed on top of everything despite having a large top table and multiple other tables. Plus training a new waitress. She gave service with a smile and has the best personality. It was refreshing having her as our waitress. We usually don’t go out to eat much because of the service in places. We will definitely be back and will definitely be asking for Mary Miller to be our waitress. She made us feel like friends and I hope she will be blessed this coming year for her service. She was definitely a blessing to us. Thank you Mary.

Ate lunch there today. So good! I got the Aussie Cobb with crispy chicken. My wife got the 13oz ribeye. Both prepared correctly. I had to have 1 of their Bloody Mary’s. Perfect. Got the Chocolate Tower cake to go. Our server, Lauren W., was great. Quick & attentive. The hostess was great too. We’ll be back!!

Our waitress was top notch. But had to wait over 2 hrs for the food to come out. We had a large group for 2 birthdays for our teenage sons. I repeat our waitress was very good. She was very attentive and apologetic even though it wasn’t her fault for the slow kitchen staff. They did give a discount but …. this is the worst experience I’ve had here. Not sure if We will come back.
