Just not worth it. We have two restaurants the same distance from us and we had a good experience here last month so we tried it again tonight since it’s easier to get to. The food was ready 15 mins later than promised- not a big deal at all. Then it was missing the appetizer. So another 15 minutes to get the appetizer and then the entrees were cold. Staff didn’t seem to care. They were almost bothered by him going in to tell him they missed the fries. What’s the point of a $120 tab if they could care less about service or getting the food correctly. The server delivered the food in slippers and offered no apologies or anything. Food was not only cold but the sides weren’t even full, maybe 4 bites if we were lucky. This is such a different experience from our first time that we won’t be back.

We were a party of seven, and everyone ordered something different. To summarize the experience:
Dish Ordered and the Verdict
Dinner Salad – Nothing special.
Cup of Soup – Outstanding!
Steak – Outstanding!
Coconut Shrimp Special – Outstanding!
Salmon – Outstanding!
Unfortunately, the one major disappointment was my own Shrimp Special. For some reason, it was the worst dish. The shrimp were cold and overcooked, making them tough.
Additionally, the restaurant had several shortages, being out of the baked potato, sweet potato, and a domestic beer option. Despite these issues, the group took everything in good stride, and the overall experience was generally positive for most.

We decided to stop in for lunch while shopping at the outlet and I must say the service and Food was great. The server had a lot tables to attend to so he did the best he could to make sure everyone and everything was taken care. We will definitely be visiting again soon. Thank you

This was my first time ever at an outback and I was very disappointed. Ordered a water n tea and received a sprite instead. Then my chicken sandwich was burnt n covered in oil. Had to soak it up with a napkin. My tomato was cut extra thick in my sandwich. My croutons were old on my side salad. Couldn’t eat it at all and left with just a drink. My daughter tenders n fruits were ok but took long to come out when hardly anyone was there. Not a good experience at all.

I got my meal to go. I ordered online. The server who brought it to my car was super nice. The food was hot and delicious and about the same price as a fast food combo. Definitely better tasting though and I got a whole loaf of bread with it.

I ordered a cup of potato soup and it was cold. I ordered a 6oz sirloin and it had a lot of salt and pepper. The server was slow and never removed any plate from the table. My husband order sparkling water and they gave him regular water. When we walk through the restaurant to leave the place, there were 4 employees at the house table talking to each other and none of them said thank you for coming or even bye.

I always enjoy dining at Outback in Gaffney — the food is consistently yummy and hits the spot every time. I have noticed prices have gone up a bit this year, so it’s a little more costly than before, but the quality and atmosphere still make it worth it. The staff are genuinely sweet and create a welcoming vibe that keeps me coming back. Overall, a great spot for a tasty meal with friendly service!
