It’s been a long while since our last meal at any Outback. We may have to make this a more regular stop. The food, drinks, service and atmosphere was outstanding. One of the better bourbon selections I’ve seen, especially at a chain restaurant.

Not too bright, nice tall booths to hide in. The server was so kind and everyone seemed to work together well to the benefit of the customers. Fresh bread with soft butter. The food was cooked perfectly.

First time at this particular Outback and first time at the chain for a few years. Easy to find, thanks to GPS. The building is nice and the parking lot good.
We were greeted warmly by the hostess and sat promptly for lunch, busier in a Saturday than I thought it would be though. Both the waitress and the good runner were lovely, helpful young ladies. We were served our warm bread and drinks almost immediately.
Started off with the Blooming Onion, my personal favorite. It came out piping hot, crisp, and oh so good. My side salad was next, heavy on the dressing, but the tomatoes, cucumbers, and other items were crisp and fresh.
My husband had the Kingsland Pasta (steak & shrimp on Fettuccine Alfredo. The spicy shrimp & steak were cooked nicely, and pasta & sauce were very good. (An herbal butter sauce was served with this dish. Not really needed.)
I had the 8 oz. center cut sirloin, cooked to a lovely medium rare. Tender and juicy, I loved every bite. My loaded baked potato was just as enjoyable.
We had a great meal here, and I’m glad to see that Outback’s standards are still up to par.

Second time coming here and gettin subpar service. I was the first person at the bar to order my food and since then several patrons and come, ordered food, received food, ate, and left. Very seldom do I play the race card but I’ve been the only Black person in the restaurant both times I’ve been here and experienced questionable treatment. The bartender Amanda was amazing!!! Hats off to her for being attentive to not just me but the entire bar area.

Probably one of the best steaks I’ve had in a long time. The cook did a great job. It did take a while to get all of our steaks. There was 4 of us, but it was definitely worth the wait.

Came here on a date night with my husband on a child free night to finally utilize a gift card we have had only to leave highly disappointed. We started off by each ordering the 3 course meal which included a soup or salad, entree, and dessert. I ordered the 6oz sirloin medium which came out well done. We sent the steak back only for it to come back rare the second time. Sent the steak back again for the steak to come out charred on the outside and rare on the inside again. Asked for the manager who then told the kitchen to start with a fresh piece of meat to obtain medium. Again, came out medium rare. Finally I asked to just switch to a piece of chicken so that I could finally eat after waiting 40 mins to have eatable food. Lastly, when we were done eating, we were expecting our dessert. My husband ordered cheesecake and I ordered the brownie, we only received the brownie. Finally when the brownie arrived, it came in a dirty bowl as pictured. The manager ended up taking care of our bill which was very nice, but definitely did not change the poor service, or our waitress who had no personality.

I LOVE Outback, and decided to dine out tonight for a relaxing Friday dinner. As you see clearly in the photos what I ordered and preferences( Medium well & Medium) vs what I received. Both steaks were charred !! Im disappointed. The steaks were tough to cut and tough to chew. Usually ordering from this location is never an issue, next time I will dine in so that I wont drive all the way home to find this

Have tried this place multiple times, and the result is always the same. Heavily over peppered or ver bland food. Service is incredibly slow with drinks and food. Half the food is cold by the time it gets to you. Officially done trying to give this place a chance.

Great service! A+ there
Unfortunately I won’t be going to an outback again. As you can see from my 14 dollar add on lobster tail it was smaller then my fork. No I did not edit this picture. Was litterally a 14 dollar prawn. I’ve actually had prawns larger. This was smaller then my fork. My steak was so so. I ate it because I was there..I was hungry. My GF however didn’t eat her meal. She got the bloomin shrimp. Was incredibly salty fried awfulness and I love salty. The management was top notch. The service was extraordinary. However I’d be pretty upset if this was like…you know a special dinner out for someone who normally couldn’t afford a good meal and have THIS show up in front of them. VERY VERY disappointing. I had to laugh but also just..shaking my head?? I don’t know..I don’t even know how my meal with tip was 65 dollars after taking the shrimp off my bill I thought to myself WOW I just paid 65 for a salad and a 5 dollar steak. I’ve had better food at cracker barrel. If you want a good chain go to Longhorn they have the same prices with 100 times the quality. And quantity. Honestly folks…Australian Lobsters are not smaller then a fork. That’s just absurd to me. Thank you for your service Outback..I’m out
