Took my daughter to Outback for her birthday. We had Alyssa C and she was super amazing. Not only did she check on us multiple times while food was taking awhile, but she even came out with a birthday card for my daughter at the end. Riley the manager and Alyssa C our server was quick to make our experience amazing. 10/10 will always come to outback for them.

Had a wonderful time with my family today, we were lead to our tables by a nice young lady named Madison and treated us like welcomed guests. I had the lobster tail which was very delicious I highly recommend getting it. Overall my family had a great time and wish too see Madison greet us again on our next visit.

Had to wait about 20 minutes for our first drinks, and because of the new tablet that they have their waiters and waitresses put the orders in to there was virtually no eye contact the first couple times that we were talked to. However, the service did end up getting better after we said something. Our stakes were extremely disappointing, very tough to chew even though they were cooked right, not at all tender like they’re advertised. It’s really just shocking coming from such a well-known steak restaurant, especially when you can go a quarter of a mile down the road and either direction and get a much better steak from different steak restaurants. I wouldn’t even blame the cook since they were cooked perfectly, I think it’s the quality of the steaks that the restaurant is giving their customers. Just sad.

We had given up on Outback after having several bad experiences at other locations. The meal we were served last week reminded us why we loved it so much before. Out server was very polite and the steaks were cooked to perfection. The seasoning was on point. I was going to take a picture of the steak but I devoted it too quickly. I had a virgin blueberry lemonade that was also quite tasty.
