First off I wanna start off with the server he was so nice! His name is Philip. He made me and my boyfriend experience very outstanding! Our sweet tea was so good and he never let our drinks run out. He brought everything out in a timely manner. Me and my boyfriend thought that our check was wrong and he helped us figure it out so we are thankful for that! The food was delicious the steak (ha! You don’t even need steak sauce the steak is so tender and flavored with seasoning it’s so good). But I just really wanna say thank you to Philip for making out dinner experience with outback steakhouse so great! We appreciate you very much!

My experience today is what I can only describe as superb. Once we were sat, we were immediately able to place drink and app orders. Our waitress, Sophie, was so accommodating and was grabbing us items before we could even ask. Our order came out perfect even including sauces we had asked for when we places the order. The food and drinks were incredible quality, and the signature touches just really made the experience. A little koala on my drink, mozz sticks shaped like boomerangs, there’s even ice cold citrus water when you walk in and wait at the hostess stand. they truly thought of everything to maximize guest experience. The manager was so sweet and kept offering us extras to take home. 100/10 experience

My wife and I came in last night for a date and had a great meal and service.
My wife loves the Alice Springs chicken but was also in the mood for a steak. She was happy to see a new menu item that allows for both items in a meal. I stuck to my usual steak and it was cooked to my liking.
Our server was a charming woman who had been working there for 5 years. She was quick, thoughtful, and very nice.
This location has a good amount of parking and clean bathrooms. The other staff members were also very attentive and nice.
The ambiance was relaxed and made for a fun date.

This was our first time at this particular Outback. It will be our last.
As we drove into the parking lot, the first thing we noticed was how old everything looked. But we figured we’d give it a shot to see if what we saw was deceiving.
It was not. We should have left right then.
As we walked in, we were greeted less than enthusiastically by the hostess.
The inside of the restaurant was clean, but equally old and in need of updating.
The temperature inside was cold enough to keep my wife and I on the verge of shivering the entire time we were there.
The food was mediocre, at best. Her salad lacked dressing in a quantity large enough to actually be able to see it unless you moved the salad around on the plate and intentionally looked for it.
She said her steak was reasonably good, but not hot; only warm.
My chicken sandwich was lukewarm, and the chicken was dry. The fries were OK, but not very hot.
We were not happy with the way this whole visit went.

I recently ordered almost $400 worth of food for Valentine’s Day. The food was very good. What I actually received that is. However, things were left off my original order. I originally ordered Salted Caramel cookies with my order which I did not receive. I was told that they would be replaced with brownies instead and I would get a free appetizer on my next order for my inconvenience. Instead, I was given 3 coupons for free dessert. That’s not at all what was promised to me. I payed for cookies and was told it was to be replaced with brownies instead. Also, my shareable salad was left off and I had to call back regarding it. I spoke with the manager regarding the left off brownies that she offered to begin with as well as my salad. She acted as if she never even offered the brownies to begin with. Also, she acted borderline accusatory when I mentioned the salad stating she remembered packing my ranch dressing. I said, “Ma’am, I have the ranch dressing, but nothing to put it on.” This is honestly unacceptable and unprofessional. I spent quite a lot of money for a holiday meal and truly expect better. I had to return for my salad, never received the brownies in exchange that was offered to me. I paid for a dessert. I don’t feel as though the staff was very kind either and not very professional in the end. I used your company back in October for my Halloween party and everything was great! I definitely didn’t get my money’s worth this time. When you offer something, you should honor it.

I went with a group of people here for lunch, and they had certain things they needed for their lunch, meaning they had to be cooked in a certain way because of allergies. The waitstaff was able to go back to the cook, and they were able to comply with all the things needed to feed the group. It wasn’t busy and the food was very well prepared.

The manager working today was extremely nice. I had an issue with my order and when I called in to get some assistance she handled it care. She was polite to me and I felt at ease knowing I didn’t have to be combative to get to a solution. She also threw in a few treats for my children. I know that Outback did an outstanding job by hiring Cameron.

This was our third dining experience at OB. First time was superb, so the second was highly anticipated but fell short. We were kindly handed some gift cards so we went back last night for our third. We are thrilled to say it was back to the original high standard. Service was swift and the food was all really good. My only warning would be to guests ordering the Ahi tuna. It was delicious but it comes with an EXTREMELY HOT wasabi. I feel people (especially kids) should be warned! My nostrils were on FIRE!

Myself and two friends ate lunch at outback today and I ordered the fried chicken lunch special. The size of my piece of chicken was probably equal to two chicken nuggets and I will include a picture. You guys really gotta do better. I get that it’s a lunch portion, but that wasn’t even anywhere close to appropriate. Server was so sweet very nice very polite very helpful and the food took a really long time to get.
