Took the wife out for a mid week dinner date! I wish I had got our waitresses name she was amazing! The food was great. I haven’t been to Outback in a long time. I had almost forgot how good the steaks are. And this was no different. Brought left overs home for dinner the next night. The drinks were perfect and the beer was cold! We will forsure be back to this location!

2/28/26 – Our son wanted to meet up at this location for lunch on a Saturday. We haven’t been to an Outback in a few years and after this visit we won’t be back.
This location seems to have the smallest booths I’ve ever seen at an Outback (both my husband and son are 6’4” tall) they used to have long booths so everyone was comfortable, not at this restaurant.
The service was poor, even though it wasn’t busy. Our server Christophe took our drink order, but then didn’t show up for awhile, when he returned he smelled like cigarette smoke, so I guess he decided a smoke break was needed instead of doing his job.
I asked for my salad dressing to be on the side, instead the salad was drenched in the dressing and the salad itself was made from very not fresh produce. The shrimp skewers were dry and basically tasted like salt. My husband got dessert, the chocolate cookie in a cast iron skillet and they brought him a plastic spoon to eat it. You can’t even provide actual silverware? This isn’t a fast food restaurant.
It was a disappointing experience and reminded us why we no longer eat there. What a waste of money.

This is definitely my new home outback ! Don’t mind driving 20 min to get here !!! Managers please take notes ! These girls are amazing! Thank yall for yall service!!!
And to finish it off the mangers came to me after calling him and he definitely appreciate my compliment and acknowledged his worker thank you ty as well for being a professional kitchen manager

Decided to try a new Outback location. 6 out of 5 stars! One of my best experiences so far! The service was phenomenal and the food tasted just as good! We will be eating here again soon!

We had a great dinner here last night! Their lobster tail is very good, the only thing I would ask to consider is less sodium in salads and lobster, and my steak I asked medium well, but it was more medium, with some blood still over there. Anyway it was a very good time because the place has a very nice positive atmosphere. They have a bar, just in case someone is looking for a place to relax after a long week. Plenty of parking which is a huge bonus. Great place to visit!

Tonight’s service was a bust. We waited 20 minutes to be seated, witnessed an almost altercation between the waiter and a guest but hoped that was a fluke. We were seated at the same booth which apparently was a bad omen.
We received 2 loaves of bread which I thought was a mistake but as we waited for Alex to take our order I realized it was to distract from whatever was going on in the kitchen. We finally put our order in after the orders were taken for a table of 6 that was seated after we were.
The salad eventually came out but 30 minutes later still no entrees. I asked for the manager after we had been seated for an hour and advised we would pay for the 1 beer and salad. The manager went to check on the food and brought it out but it was too late by that point. We asked for takeout boxes and he comp’d the bill.
When we got home, the baked potato was a little raw and even though I thought I asked for steak and shrimp pasta, I received chicken and shrimp. I don’t remember him asking how I wanted my steak cooked so it could have been a me problem.
I hope they can get past the staffing issues, for both wait staff and kitchen because this area needs quality restaurants.

We had a wonderful dinner and excellent service. This Outback is brand new so we enjoyed everything that comes with a brand new restaurant. Reid was an outstanding server trainer and we can’t say enough about his ability to keep customers happy and hold conversation. We were quite impressed with him. Gabby, our server, did a great job too! We loved meeting the entire staff who seem to be very excited about working there! Best of luck to this Outback! Welcome to Mountain Island!

Absolutely loved it, food was excellent and our waiter John was on top of everything. It was like the man was psychic. Very amicable and charismatic. Only complaint is that the booths were about an inch or two too small, so it gets cramped when you’re eating with others.

We had a group but only 1 service professional, Vanessa, who did her best to provide service to our table, however half the group received & finished their meals before the other parties received theirs… bread was delayed until meals arrived and several mixup with drinks & desserts. What should have been a 1-2 hour fellowship turned to a 3 hour waiting it out. I did speak with the manager to share our frustrations and she let me know that 6 people had called out / no shows. As I told her, it would have been less frustrating if she had stopped by for visibility and pulse.
