This was our first time eating at this location and everything and everyone was wonderful!! From the greeting at the front entrance, our wonderful server Chuck, the absolute fabulous cooks in back and the wonderful management team!! They all made a very stressful and tiring morning Great!!! Will definitely return. Food was to die for!! It showed how much they value their customers.

I had been craving a nice steak dinner for a while and decided to come to Outback to finally get my craving. I came with my husband and son. We arrived around 2 pm and it was not busy at all. We immediately sat in a booth and were able to get a few minutes to look at the menu before our waitor came to get our drink order. The place was not crowded at all and all the employees to our waitor were super nice and welcoming. We got the bloomin onion for appetizers, which was delicious, especially their bloomin onion sauce. It was nice and hot when it was brought out to us and had just the right amount of crisp that made it easy to eat and wasn’t falling apart. My husband and I both ordered the 6oz. Steak with grilled shrimp, broccoli, and loaded mashed potatoes. My order was delicious. The steak definitely met my expectations, such as the baked potato and broccoli. Definitely what I was craving. My husband steak was on the colder side. He stated it felt like if it had been waiting in the window for a while. He ended up getting mashed potatoes instead of the baked potato, but he didn’t care and accepted the mashed, but they were cold to the touch. My son ordered the outback burger, which he stated had a “sour taste” to it, and the bread was super hard, especially the bottom bun. Now my son will eat and usually never complains about any food so when he does, I know there is something wrong with the food. When we told our waitor about these issues, he did apologize and took off my son’s meal for us and definitely took care of us. We have gone to this location before and most of the time never have complaints. Either way, it’s not a bad location with plenty of parking options. Wouldn’t mind coming back.

My wife and I went to this location for the first time and had an overall good experience. The coconut shrimp was amazing! We both got sirloins, and they were cooked great, but opposite of what we wanted. After we switched, which changed the sizes we originally ordered, the sirloins were great. The waitress was very polite and was quick with replacing drinks and checked on us often. The check-in employees were very friendly and helpful.

When I’m paying $20 for a salad, I expect the “whole” salad to be edible. This salad was full of the hard white parts of the romaine, barely any green. The arugula was light in color and old. The chicken was dry. I was very disappointed.

We came in around an hour before close needing a quick bite. They weren’t super busy saying it’s a Tuesday night. The service was fast and food came out fast and yummy. Our server, Ryan, was super sweet. We had her another before she was great then too. Positive attitude, beautiful smile and great to talk to!

This was our first time eating at this location and we will definitely be coming back more often! Our waiter Yousef was the best waiter I have ever received service from (I’m a waitress so I’m pretty picky). He kept us updated on the food timeline, made sure our drinks stayed filled, and continuously checked up on us. Our table wasn’t a fan of the mac n cheese, no problem with it just wasn’t our cup of tea so he went out of his way to comp it from our bill. There was no need for him to do that but he did it anyways! We will definitely be asking for him to serve us when we come back!

My husband and I had a wonderful time!!!! The food was beyond delicious!!!!!!! Our server Dylan was very welcoming and kind! My husband and I enjoyed his warm personality. We ordered hot wings for the appetizers!! The wings were hot and just right! We also ordered the Rib eye steak, Mac and cheese, and broccoli!!! Yummy yummy yummy! We loved everything!!! We will definitely be back soon. Outback Steakhouse -Matthews rocks!!!

First time back in several years. Food seems to be prepared properly these days and waiter was quite good, except we has to wait a long time for the check. Prices appear to be somewhat higher than area businesses, without the extra quality to justify them. Might be more responsive to repeat visits as the manager made us feel quite welcome and like he appreciated our patronage. Would give a recommendation to go to this location.

We stopped in for dinner, usually just get carryout. The food was good the beer was cold BUT the service was outstanding! I asked to speak to the manager to let him know Demetrius was awesome and so was the young lady who brought out our dinner. Thanks again to Demetrius and unfortunately I didn’t get the name of the young lady but job well done.
