We went in for dinner last night and set at the bar. Our server was really friendly and attentive. I ordered the chopped blue cheese salad. I did order it without carrots and it came with carrots. The server was apologetic and offered to correct it, but I opted to just keep it and it was really good. I would order again. I also ordered a side of asparagus and it too was good. I ordered a cookie “skillet” for dessert, as it was a new menu item. It was just ok. Its not an actual skillet, it is served in a plastic dish. (This dessert is nothing like the one from Afton, if you know, you know:-) The one at Afton is on a cast iron skillet, its crispy on the edges and not done in the center.) This one is not like that. I wouldn’t order again. However, Outback is always solid and we will be back.

We arrived at the restaurant and received a text at 7:58 PM that our table was ready. After being seated, Leanne came to take drink orders for our party of six. Twenty-five minutes passed without our drinks arriving, and we had to ask another staff member for assistance. During this time, a large group that arrived later was being actively assisted by the manager.
When Leanne returned to the table, she stated that she was responsible for half of the restaurant. I asked if it would be possible for another server to assist us, as we were watching other tables receive service before us. Leanne became upset, stormed off, and said, “If you want a manager, I’ll go get a manager.”
As of 8:45 PM, we still have not received assistance from anyone. The manager Madison was informed and continued to help the large party of gentleman who came in after us.
8:48pm Jason from the kitchen who was very nice came out to bring the appetizers to the individuals who ordered them. Once we informed him of what was going on, he apologized and went to get some assistance.
At 8:51 Hailey who was very kind with good customer service came over and apologized, in which she took our order back at 8:57pm.
Note: The table was able to order appetizers on the table hand held device, however that wasn’t our actual food order. This was the worse service because again, there were multiple tables being assisted who came after us in which you can check your cameras for verification.

The food was good the service was great. Zachery was great as a server. He was very attentive and my glass was never left empty. The manager Maddison checked on us multiple times to make sure everything was ok. William who I think was the General manager also checked on us. We felt like VIPs during our time here. Definitely worth a visit. The food was good and it was a good value for the cost. Most importantly the customer service was great!

To truly understand how awesome the service was you first have to know that our party of 12, had 8 kids aging from 5 months to 10 years old. And I understand that Outback Steakhouse is not the first place you think of when we want dinner and have so many kids, but we had a giftcard that we wanted to use.
Now that you understand that situation, we were sat quickly and at a table that was big enough and comfortable enough for everyone.
Our server had our drinks out quickly, and brought bread right after so kids had something to start eating while we waited for food and when it arrived the food was great. He maintained our drinks and made sure our (even the kids) needs were met quickly everytime.
When it came time to pay that’s when ran into a small hiccup, there was something wrong with the gift card we were given and it couldn’t scan. Instead of saying “Hey, this giftcard doesn’t work” the manager came out and helped use figure out a 2nd way for us to use it. I’ve been a server in the past and I have to admit, if you gave a weird giftcard that didn’t work, I probably wouldn’t have involved a manager until you complained or couldn’t pay. So I truly appreciate both the server and the manager for helping us sort it out. Great service all the way around.

My husband and I had the best lunch experience! Denzel was AWESOME!!!!! We were in town for a conference and were a little worried about the weather, but Denzel took the time to talk with us and give us helpful advise about what was coming.
Not only was the service excellent, but getting to know Denzel was truly the best part of our day. Keep up the good work, Denzel – you were such a pleasure to talk with and made our lunch even more enjoyable.

Took my lady out for a date here and was not disappointed. Food, service, and atmosphere was on point. Was sat down quick and ordered quick as well. Hooked us up with a lot of bread sticks and salad per usual. Food also came out very fast and hot. They was on it and will be coming back again for future date nights.

Great SERVICE! Friends and I decided to stop by for lunch around 2 pm. We were immediately sat and attended, too. Our server, Jasmine, was nothing short of amazing. She was super friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. We never had to wait long to receive drinks, appetizers, and food. We ordered the cheese steak dip, which was very delicious and flavorful. It had plenty of pieces of steak, which was great since we were all sharing. We ordered the chicken bloomin meal with Cesar salad and fries and burgers with fries. Everything was super delicious. It all tasted like it was freshly made. The fries were very crispy and soft at the same time, which were delicious. Overall, we had a great time, and the ambiance was phenomenal. I would love to come back to this location if I am ever in the area.

Myself & 2 co-workers, decided to dine at this Outback, as our 3 bus loads of Middle Schoolers played at Dave & Busters.
We chose the Blooming Onion & Coconut Shrimp for an appetizer. Always a good choice!
Our entrées were Chicken Fingers, Salmon with Shrimp Glazer, and Salad & Baked Potato.
The only disappointment was the Chicken Fingers, which we rated 2 out of 5. Scrawny & half flavored.
Everything else was delicious & prepared perfectly.
A special salute to our lovely server, Amanda. She was very polite, professional & just a Sweetheart. She took care of our every need.
This lady deserves a pay raise!
