Thank you Outback on Capitol Blvd for helping make my mother in law’s 70th birthday lunch a wonderful and joyous event!
From start to finish, the service and hospitality of the team was top tier. The hostess I called at least once a week for 3 weeks to increase our reservation number, to being able to answer questions and allowing us to come early to decorate with balloons and to offering placing our celebration cake in the fridge, and our waiter Gabriel who supported our group of 19 people. Gabriel was so gracious to my requests of pitchers of water and pre-cutting and serving the bread/butter appetizers and being patient with all of us. Even at 2 PM on a Monday, a big group isn’t easy to handle and Gabriel did it flawlessly! Spencer who is the manager would also check in on us and make sure everything was to our liking.
Thank you, thank you, THANK YOU from the bottom of my heart ❤️ Having great service and food just added to the celebration.

I ate here on 11/10/25. Outback on capital blvd is great. They support our military and veterans. The hostess was pleasant. Gabe, my sever was great. And the manager of the establishment was awesome too. Food was good too. Place was clean. 10/10

As a former employee of OSI and a loyal customer for over 30 years, I have high expectations for the Outback experience. Unfortunately, my recent visit on a Wednesday evening was significantly below those standards. I directly reached out to the local management team the following day, but their response was unsatisfactory and made me feel as if my loyalty and business meant nothing to them. While I am generally understanding of minor errors, my wife and I encountered ten distinct issues during our meal. These included receiving the worst filet I have ever had, not receiving our salads, significant delays in service, and an incorrect final receipt—all despite the restaurant not being busy. Furthermore, a manager never visited our table to check on our experience, which used to be a hallmark of Outback’s service.

So I ordered some food from outback because I couldn’t go. My order wasn’t right, but I spoke to a manager name Kelsey. She was absolutely wonderful so I can honestly say it’s not about just food service. She actually sat and talked with me about my concerns of how my meal was not correct, and then she produced measures to compensate me For not getting the type of meal that I ordered so kudos to Kelsey the manager, but also to outback for their hiring process and hiring people that actually provide a good service

Placed a order for pickup curbside only for it to say it was ready then team member tell me they were still working on it. 15 minutes later received my food which everything tasted fine but i didnt receive and extra side that i paid extra for and of course didnt realize until getting home and looking. So note to anyone else double check your order before pulling off and be prepared to wait longer than the estimated time says.

I had a wonderful birthday dinner tonight with my girlfriend. We were sat within 5 minutes with a packed restaurant and a previously stated 15 minute wait. Our waitress, Jaylyn, was phenomenal. Genuinely one of the best waitresses I’ve ever met. We were served very quickly and could tell the food came out as soon as it was ready. Everything was hot, prepared exactly how we asked. Jaylyn was always very helpful answering any questions we had.

As a owner of my own catering business, he is truly exceptional and someone I would say is the example of loving your job and making the customers feel comfortable and well serviced! He recommended great options that my wife and I enjoyed and he checked on us and it seems everyone in his section with precision and dedication and great service/manners.
