You can count on an Outback to have good food and nice people to help you decide what you are really hungry for.
Our server Jen was informative and made sure we had all the information before we made our final meal choices.
I had the Wedge with Bleu cheese and all the trimmings. So good! Also got a petite Filet with tender asparagus and some chimichurri sauce on the side. Spicy and delish!

Eating by myself. So she only had one meal to get and I had water . Everything was cold . I had to ask for my potatoes, said thy were waiting on them, not sure how, because they were cold too. You can tell by the lump of butter on the filet it was cold and not even put under the salamander or heat lamp whatever they use well I guess nothing. The filet so salty that that’s all you could taste was salt .
Biggest pet peeve of a waitress, ‘Would you like change ‘ ? You say ‘I’ll be right back with you your change ‘
I know Outback is fast food, but even look at the asparagus they’re from two different batches. One was old and one was fresher. Why didn’t you just give me all fresh asparagus especially since I’m paying extra for?
Do not recommend this Outback, plenty of other places to eat here .

Out back at Smithfield NC.lets start with our server who was welcoming and polite.the blooming onion was well cooked and very good.i had a pecan salad it was excellent as well.the chicken and shrimp pasta was just ok should have had a steak. But over all it was a good dining experience.

We had dinner here last night and had the best waitress. Her name was serenity. She had the best smile and greatest personality. She made sure our food was perfect and we were taken care of all evening. The food was amazing and the restaurant was extremely clean. We highly recommend eating here and sitting in serenity section. You will love her.

Worse experience ever! Salad drenched in dressing, weird tasting blooming onion, undercooked burger with cold fries, & burnt coconut shrimp. We waited over an hour for food having arrived at 4:45pm. (Not yet busy) . We will spend our money elsewhere from now on!

My kids and I took my husband out for dinner for his birthday. There was about a 20 minute wait, which honestly wasn’t bad. Our server was very nice and very attentive. However, the service was very slow. We got seated at at 7:19, and by the time we ate, got to go containers and paid the bill it was 9:30pm. The food was amazing as always! I’m honestly never disappointed with Outbacks food or atmosphere, as it is always welcoming and family friendly.

The wait time was 45 minutes when we called and we were in about 1hr and 15 minutes later. Hostess was amazing with patience and care! Our server Shae was busy, she attended to us after she was available to get our drinks, as we are ordering drinks our bread immediately comes out after drinks 10/10! Shae informed us she has a son and i asked if she would do a personal favor for my daughter with her sippy cup, did it with no hesitation. All staff were nice to us as it was our first time in the restaurant in this area eating there. Floors were slippery from kitchen and William reassured us about asking anything to ask for him! 20/20!!

The food was just OK nothing to brag about but the service was absolutely excellent. She was very warm and conversational. My salmon and broccoli had an OK temperature but the flavors were just not there for me. Presentation was well plated. My husband got the salad he was satisfied with it.
