Had the 3 course meal special with the chicken on the barbie and baked potato. Chicken was juicy and had a good seasoning on it. Side salad was a good size. Cheesecake with raspberry sauce topped off a good meal.

The Ribs are great! Traveled tbe US and have ordered Baby Backs. The sauce at this location is down home! More like Molasses and Spice instead of Ketchup and sugar. There is a crispy layer that hides the sweet meat that I really enjoyed. Will definitely return soon!

Good experience for my daughter’s 21st birthday and first legal drink. Nice of the staff to sing happy birthday and the manager to give her a free dessert. Things seemed to be cooked as ordered. Drinks seemed a little slow for not being very busy mid day on a Sunday. Everyone on staff we interacted with seemed very helpful and positive attitude.

Our server was great, and so was the manager checking with each table. Everything came out in a timely manner and was delicious. My husband’s steak was exactly how he wanted it. We live over an hour away and came to spend the day in Beckley for my birthday and we would definitely come back to this establishment to eat again next time we’re in the area! The servers made my birthday extra fun also!

Things started out shaky after placing an online order that didn’t transmit correctly to Outbacks system. Ashton Johnson was able to swoop in and save our very important birthday dinner for our family. We were impressed with his caring, kindness and ability to fix the situation. The food was great and I’m thankful our Beckley WV Outback has such a sharp manager! This was a curbside order so some of the survey did not apply

We enjoyed Dinner this Evening, and, as always, phenomenal! Our Server was Jeremy Bradley, hes always so warm and wonderful. Service was absolutely excellent! Our steaks were perfect, always enjoy the bloomin onions, salads, pumpernickle bread. Highly recommend the Coconut shrimp & marmalade sauce! & The take home options are great! Generous portions!!!

Great. Couldn’t ask for more. The steak was melt in your mouth, they could have gotten an actual regular size crab instead of the thin little one I had. It looked like it went on hunger strike (I’d have shared my steak ). The blooming onion and sauce along with that warm, brown buttery bread was addicting as always. One day I’m going to just eat bread and blooming onion. The salad nice as always but it seemed to get smaller or the bowl shrank and became less deep. The tea is always great. I wish I could make it like that. I never knew the secret hours in between lunch and dinner where we have free reign of the place but now I do. 2:30 pm and we stayed about an hour. Our server was great and I’m sure glad to have company. The parking lot was empty, no wait and even the general manager talked to us on the way out. As we left traffic started trickling in so I’ll try to make more late lunch calls. Thanks guys

We had avoided fast food and franchises for the whole trip but we were knackered and walking across the parking lot was just right. We had a great waiter who took good care of us. The food was good and served quickly. Can’t complain about a thing. Solid meal.

Our Bartender was very efficient and attentive. We ordered the Shrimp on the Barbie-the honey wheat toast was a bit too well done and burned. But we enjoyed the shrimp but they were so small. Caesar salad was really crisp and tasty. Our 6oz filet was flavorful but medium. We ordered MR but again we enjoyed the ambiance and company. Loaded potatoe was really good! The place was boomin and employees were hustling! Close to interstate ramp -gasoline and hotels. Minutes from the Tamarack Shopping complex. Whitewater rafting and adventures is only 30 minutes away. Very clean. Host stand was very quick to say hello and seat us.
