We have eaten that many Outbacks across the country. They are consistently good, especially for gluten-free. For some reason this outback felt that they needed to wrap the steaks in foil in order to keep them gluten free. But this resulted in steaming the steaks rather than grilling or searing the steaks. So they came out gray. In an effort to cover up the gray they put an eighth inch of seasoning on them which was way too much. When the waitress saw us trying to scrape the seasoning off, she said they would remake them after a while the manager came out and said you steaks are almost done. Very sorry about that. When they brought the new steaks out there was no seasoning on them, but one of our steaks was not cooked at all on one side and both were gray again. They had foiled them rather than cooking them on the grill or in a separate frying pan. When the waitress brought the steaks back into the kitchen, everyone was aghast and the manager came out and said he didn’t know how it had happened because the cook is experienced. Well obviously not! Very disappointing. We will not go back to this location again ever. I recommend others avoided as well.

Alan was fantastic and very attentive. He made sure we were quickly served and enjoyed our meal. The baked potato soup was amazing; it was probably the best I have had. The drinks came out fast and was almost as amazing as the soup. Would highly recommend dining at the bar.

I ordered takeout for curbside pickup since I was traveling, and had a very great experience all around. Most importantly, they read my order right and cooked it correctly, and also listened to my extra request of cutting the steak for me, which makes a world of difference when you don’t carry metal utensils with you! Everything was cooked perfect and seasoned great. The chef here deserves a raise! Also it was ready exactly when they said it would be, and I only waited maybe 2 minutes max. Thank you!

Me and my husband had such a great experience last night, we came in as a late valentines dinner. Our server Eve was very nice, even when we had an issue with our food she was very apologetic and got it fixed in a timely manner. They gave us a free desert which more than made up for the issue. We will definitely be back!

We ordered takeout, and everything from start to finish was seamless. Placing the order was straightforward and easy to navigate. The text updates kept us informed, the designated curbside parking was convenient, we waited maybe two minutes and the Outback team member who brought our food out was friendly, kind, and showed excellent customer service!!
Our order was accurate, hot, neatly packaged, and even included the after-service survey. Out of all the restaurants we’ve visited, Outback truly delivered the best experience across the board. We don’t have a single complaint. Best RESTAURANT in all areas in Montgomery County by FAR!!

I had one of the best dining experiences thanks to TK, our server. From the moment we sat down, he was warm, attentive, and incredibly professional. He checked on us at the perfect times, made thoughtful recommendations, and truly went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect.
TK’s energy made the entire meal feel special. Our drinks were always full, our food came out exactly as ordered, and he treated us like we were his top priority the entire night. It’s rare to find someone who takes so much pride in his job and cares so genuinely about the guests’ experience.

Our server Alan served our party exceptionally well. We came in celebrating a birthday and he knew right away how to keep the energy going with his hospitality and wonderful drink suggestions. 10/10 server and 10/10 food and drinks! Would love to celebrate another birthday here.
