When I first walked in I wasn’t greeted properly… the hostess said “no one is on that side” when I was just looking for a particular group of people. Hello! How may I help you or something towards WELCOME would’ve been sufficient… the food was just ok, our waitress was nice & welcoming! She even apologized for the rude greeting. The prices were average & we were full off the appetizers.(Blooming friend chicken & shrimp)Would return to this location

I like this restaurant. I have been here many times. Wonder if it was a new person on the line. It definitely was off. I will go back but I hope this has not become the norm. I did not say anything to the waitress because I was not looking for a handout. Seems like it’s becoming a regular with complaints and people wanting there money back. I was able to eat most of it and felt no need.

Its been a while since I came to outback, but we really enjoyed ourselves. The prices were reasonable and All of the food was fantastic, especially the ribs. They were very tender. We’ll be returning.

Honestly my worst experience at Outback ever. For a steakhouse to not know how to cook a steak not once but twice is a little upsetting, I ordered a medium steak and received a well done steak, when the manager brought out the new steak it was rare. I was to disappointed and upset to even mention it, just packed it up to finish cooking at home. (Reference the photo) i dont know where this is considered a medium steak. Our server also seemed like she did not care about giving service she was in a rush every time she came to us

Outback is as I remembered it. Has offerings of steak, seafood, etc. I ordered 2 lobster tails with sides of steamed broccoli and vegetables. Healthy choices indeed, a plus. Although the vegetables were either just par blanched, wish they’d been cooked a little more! The lobster tails were well seasoned (not bland) but somehow missed the mark in not having any kind of sauce for either the lobster or veggies. I ended up dipping the vegetables in butter!

We’ve been coming here for over 10+ years now since I came back from Germany. It’s our go to place when we celebrate one of my Godmother’s Birthday’s or even mine because we truly do enjoy just coming here and of course the food is actually pretty good. From all the years and the servers we’ve ever had here Kip our waiter yesterday definitely has been one of the BEST hands down. Soo attentive and definitely got ALL of our orders correctly and suggested everything you can ever think of without even asking. I’m not putting down any other servers out there because everyone does work hard but he’s just been one of the best and definitely deserved every amount of tip we gave him. We also told Ryan the Manager how great of a waiter he was and how that reflects on his leadership.

Steaks were seasoned and cooked to perfection, baked potato was delish and salad was crisp. Beer was cold, wine was tasty and our server was outstanding. Winner winner great steak dinner.

I had the worst service ever at their Curbside Pick-Up door tonight (7/28/23, at 7:30 PM). I was waiting patiently for my order; I understand that they were very, very busy (dinner time on a Friday evening). However, I am a frequent patron at this location, and I go here several times a week. When I asked after quite a long wait if the order was ready, the server who was at the curbside counter was rude to me and gave me an attitude. It was completely not appropriate, even with how busy they were. I had waited quite a long time, and was just inquiring if the order was ready. I’m going to be going to the other Outback on the other side of town after this experience. Really bad customer service at their take-out counter. While I was waiting, I also saw them bring another customer several sauces/dressings in small to-go ramekin cups (around 6), but not put them in a take-out bag for her to carry. One fell on the dirty sidewalk, and the server who was handing it to the lady just picked it up and handed it back to her. Really disappointed in the Fordham Drive location’s training and customer service.
