We decided on a quick date night and picked this location. This location used to be a go to but post covid the service here has become lack luster at best. Started with being immediately seated but at a dirty table. We ordered two appetizers an two entrees. The appetizers never showed up…strike two. Meals came and were hot and flavorful. Fiancés salad was clean crisp with fresh veggies. We ordered Shirley Temples for our drinks but begged for refills for the reminder of the date. Overall not a good date night spot due to the service. Since the pandemic it has suffered at this location. I will commend the cook staff though.

I’m not sure how you get a dry Prime Rib at medium rare, but here we are. I didn’t get my beer until after I got my meal. This is way too much to pay for this low level of quality. My server was very good and I tipped him well. It’s not his fault the food was bad and the beer didn’t come out.

I would’ve given the food 5 stars, if our salads had been cold and the lettuce crispier. Overall, the Caesar salad was delicious! Our entrees were delicious and cooked perfectly. The steaks were tender and juicy. The baked potatoes were soft and fluffy, with the perfect amount of toppings. Our waitress was very nice and very attentive. We will definitely come back again.

I took my wife out to dinner for her birthday and the place was packed! I was surprised at how promptly we were seated and our server Cole made the experience that much better! I’m definitely bringing my mom here next time and I’m going to request the same server.

So I had to give it a star to leave a review…otherwise… This was my First and LAST trip there. The restaurant was not crowded so we thought it was a good time. It was a late lunch. So let me say, we didn’t get too much further than drinks. We placed orders for a mojito, a blueberry lavender lemonade (BL) alcoholic beverage) and a strawberry lemonade. The waitress informed my granddaughter that there was no refill on the strawberry lemonade but that was ok. My mojito was horrible! I can’t even explain what it tasted like. I asked the waitress to just get me a shot of tequila and a Modelo. Well, the only thing I got to drink was the bottled beer. My glass was DIRTY! I always look at my glasses and utensils…It had food particles stuck to it, lip and finger prints AND there were specks of ‘stuff’ at the bottom of the glass. My daughters drink was intolerable as well! It only tasted like a ‘pink’ something. No taste of what was described as the contents on the menu. Needless to say…we were OUT BACK at Outback…no lunch! I paid for the not so great tasting appetizer we got and the beer. Needless to say never again and we said ‘Cheerio’!

Decided to treat my wife on our 34th wedding anniversary to a nice steak dinner. We arrived before 5 so as to avoid the dinner rush. We were seated quickly and then just as quickly forgotten. We waited 30 minutes and still no one even bothered to offer us a glass of water. We decided to leave and go elsewhere. We will never return to this establishment.

Went at 4pm on a Friday, it was pretty slow so we got seated right away. Our server wasn’t bad because of lack of caring. Just seems like the servers have not been trained on how to give personable service. Didn’t greet us properly, Never asked if we liked the food or drinks or wanted more. Blonde manager seemed very good. But if we’re going to spend the time and money going out, it’s gonna be to some place better. Also the prime rib sandwich is really low quality meat, I couldn’t eat it. Took it home for the stray cats outside.

Stopped on our way from Arlington to Virginia Beach. The place was packed, but still the waiting time and service speed was great. They offer a several options for kids and many combinations of steak and sides. Price/quality is above comparable places!
