I went with my students. The service was about a c to c-. Our waiter was not 2 attentive. We had 2 wait for straws once we received our drinks. I know our glasses was not refilled on a regular basis. No one asked if I wanted steak sauce with my steak, I had to hunt down my waiter to get steak sauce. As far as the food was great. But the service can improve.

My husband and I went to this location for lunch today and it was so awesome. We had a sweet little waitress. I forget her name, but she was pregnant and had beautiful energy and our food was so good. The cheese fries always hit, my husbands baked potato wasn’t cooked all the way, but we had so much food, we didn’t really care. The chicken was killer, salads good, steakhouse mac was superb. Overall, 10/10 🙂

Went to Outback this afternoon while out shopping. I have never had a bad experience or food, and as always the food was great, always too much, but who doesn’t like having it again later at home.
However, I would like to give a hugh shout out to our waitress, Amanda. She was so amazing, attentive and gracious. If you want top notch care, ask for her, youll get it.

We had the Blooming Shrimp and it was amazing! Served fresh and hot. The sirloin was cooked to perfection along with a fully loaded baked potato and freshly cooked broccoli. The caramel cookie with ice cream was warm and tasty down to the last bite. Topped it off with these cute little pineapple rum drinks that included a koala duck Highly recommend the Outback in Mechanicsville Virginia

We really enjoyed our Mechanicsville Outback experience. The salads were fresh and tasty. Loved the french onion soup. Our steaks were cooked to perfection and the caramel cookie was the best. The waitress was so very sweet and attentive too.

The experience was wonderful. The food was great!! We celebrated our 8-year Wedding Anniversary tonight. What made the experience everything was our waitress, Abi! She was amazing! She was incredibly friendly and interactive every time she came over. She was always on top of everything and attentative to our table. She was even willing to humor us when we tested her knowledge on the age test of Harrison Ford. She was ready and engaging every time she stopped by! It was just a super fun night and she made it happen! We hope to see her again.
