I ordered the Salmon, because it was kinda late and I wanted something light instead of a steak, the salmon was incredible. The sweet potato was great. They were out of broccoli so I got green beans. It was a great substitute and always the shrimp on the Barbie on the rye bread was awesome as well. Everything was great. The dipping sauces so good and very friendly face to walk into my car.

Only knocked off a star since we watched the large group of co-workers talk and stare out the large pick up window at us for a long while as we waited for someone to come out. We were the only ones at the curb side parking at the time yet we didn’t mind as much since we were jamming out and when we were kids, who worked at a restaurant before, we know a break can be nice.
Finally a tall young man came out, grabbed my name and then came back out to let us know they were still working on the Mac. We appreciated the heads up [our son said thank you!]. Food was delicious- only thing missing was the rice but hey the receipt was so faded even I couldn’t read it so no biggie. My med rare burger was cooked to perfection. D’s sandwich was delicious and our kid loved his tenders and mac. Blooming onion was spot on my fave style- crispy petals with some gooy batter- yum!
Definitely will be back! Hope we made that young man’s night cuz he was awesome!

Online order, food was ready the second I pulled into the parking spot, and brought out immediately. Even with a long ride to the house, it was still hot when I got home. I had the bone in rib eye, and the steak was both seasoned and cooked perfectly. It rivaled any big name steak house around. Best steak I’ve had in a while actually. My wife had the Queen Pasta with chicken and shrimp, which is the second time, as she liked it so much, it’s becoming a regular thing. Full of flavor, quality shrimp, everything cooked to perfection. The entire meal was perfect. Very pleased with our latest experience at the Westminster Outback. We will be coming back again very soon.

My boyfriend and I have not been to Outback for some time. We decided to go last night (12/15/25) and we are so glad we did. The staff was amazing, especially Justin (our server). Everyone was so attentive to our order and everything we ordered was perfect. We shared the Sydney Shrooms, which were amazing. I ordered the Queensland Chicken and Shrimp and my boyfriend had a sirloin steak with fries and side salad. Both entries were perfectly prepared. This location is a gem and I highly recommend this location for your next visit.

Our waiter was fantastic and patient. Food was great. Steak was cooked to my liking, asparagus was fresh not canned, broccoli was good needed more seasoning though. Fries are how i like them; super seasoned. Castaway cocktail was really good. The platypus punch was delicious and adorable.

We have never had an issue with other locations. My husband and I decided to go to this location a couple of weeks ago. My husband ordered the fish which he said was very good however I ordered their bone in ribeye cooked medium. What I received was a very tough over cooked steak. Very disappointing. The very friendly and helpful waitress did apologize and offer to have it remade. Personally, I NEVER return my food to the kitchen for a remake due to potential food tampering by butthurt kitchen staff. The manager offered nothing but lip service and the excuse that his staff wouldn’t tamper with food because the owner was in house. So what that tells me is that if the owner wasn’t in house they would tamper with food??? I was never offered the option to take this off of my bill either so I took it home to my dogs. The real kicker is when the kitchen staff (guessing the cook) had the gull to come into the dining area to check out who had complained about the food… Yes, I noticed him causally walk out into the dining area just past my table, stood there for a nano second turned around and went back into the kitchen.. Come on dude so obvious especially the way you looked at me…. I’m thinking good call not to have had the steak remade. We also ordered desserts to go. Neither of which we ate because when we got home one of them looked like it was dropped on the floor.

We ordered a beer and a wine, and they never arrived until we had to ask again — and even then, they didn’t come out until after our food was delivered, more than 20 minutes after ordering. Not a great start.
The bread plate arrived dirty, with old food still on it. We then ordered three steaks — two were cooked well, but one was not. Unfortunately, we also found a hair in one of the steaks, which made the situation even worse.
I asked the manager for ketchup and never received it. When I got up to ask again, she reacted as if the request was unreasonable. We were told a meal would be removed from the bill to make up for the issues, but that didn’t happen as expected.
When we requested a take-home box, the container had oil or some kind of dried residue pooled in the bottom. The manager claimed it was “just water,” though it certainly didn’t look like it. We had to ask for another container. Later, when the digital bill arrived, only the steak itself was removed — not the full meal — so roughly half the promised compensation was applied.
For fairness, my steak and sides were good. However, the teriyaki steak was disappointing, and the rice was very poorly seasoned.
Our waitress was kind and polite. I do wish she had been more attentive early on, especially with drinks, since waiting 20 minutes set a poor tone. Once the manager became involved, I expected service to improve, but unfortunately the opposite happened.
What’s most surprising is how many issues occurred one after another: dirty plates, spotted silverware, unclean take-home containers, hair in food, forgotten drinks and condiments, and a lack of sincere concern from management. I rarely write reviews, but this experience warranted one.
This wasn’t really about the waitress — the larger issue was cleanliness and overall service standards. Having to repeatedly ask for basic items is frustrating, especially when the restaurant was only about 15% full. There really wasn’t an excuse.
And to top it off, this dinner was for my birthday — go figure.
