My experience tonight was so horrible! I’m not the type to leave bad reviews but i have to share my experience. My party booked our reservation for 6, we were told we had an hour grace period. We came at about 6:30 and we had to wait 20 minutes for a table we booked. Tonight i ordered the chimichurri filet and it came cold. I asked for a new one cooked medium and it came out well done. They offered to exchange my meal and i asked for the ribeye cooked medium and it came out dry and well done again. My order was messed up 3 times and i was so sad and disappointed.

Server and delivery people did not bring plates for bread or utensils or straws. Got straws from the bar. Asked the bar for small plates. Bartender never made other drinks for a long while. All food was extremely spicey and hot with pepper like whoever cooked had fun w pepper. Asked for box never got it or another visit from server. Hunt valley usually has great servers. Not tonight

I called at noon made call ahead seating for 7 @ 5:30 pm. I have always lived outback and this location but not so much tonight. We went to dinner there for my husband’s 75th birthday. To say this experience was horrible is an understatement. I had ordered Alice springs chicken and an add on lobster with a loaded baked potato and broccoli. The broccoli was cold the chicken overcooked and dry and the steamed lobster tail was rubbery and overcooked. We asked for a beer and a cocktail for a second drink and after 20 minutes it still hadn’t come to the table. Our used plates were piling up and no one cleared them. In all fairness to our waiter he was also bar tending. If I were him I look for another job who valued him. When I got the manager over she did comp us 40.00 for a tab that was well over 350.00. She said they were swamp. There were at least 15 tables open. That is not swamped. I don’t know if I will ever go to this location again. I never write a bad review but this was a horrible experience for my husband’s 75th birthday. We laughed when we left and said this will be a birthday to remember. Oh the two meals that were ok were hamburgers. I guess you can’t mess those up.

Came here for lunch unexpectedly, but I had a wonderful time here! The atmosphere was great. My server Michelle, was amazing and attentive. The food came out hot and fresh, and was also cooked to order! This was my first time at this Outback Location and I can’t wait to come back. Thank you Michelle!

As a mom of two, I was really looking forward to trying this restaurant for a nice steak dinner. Unfortunately, I was severely disappointed. The steak I received was undercooked and looked like it had been microwaved rather than properly grilled. For a Friday evening, the restaurant was completely empty, which seemed odd at first, but sadly, the quality of the food explained it.
To their credit, the staff removed the steaks from our check, which was appreciated, but that alone doesn’t make up for the overall traumatizing experience. Given the poor quality of the food, I won’t be returning.

I did a pick up order, I only got a picture of the Mac and cheese! But omg everything was amazing! I’ll be candid I have had some bad experiences here in the past but was craving their Mac and cheese. I got the grilled chicken on the Barbie with loaded fries and the steakhouse Mac, I did curbside and the lady who gave me my order was just SOOOOO NICEEEE I wish I got her name cause she was like a bundle of joy and it immediately got me excited, upon getting home my Coca Cola drink was crisp with light ice like I wanted, the Mac was so creamy and seasoned so well, the chicken was fantastic and the cheese fries were perfect, they even gave me the extra honey mustard I asked for this was the best take out order I have had with them and I do truly hope the next time I do it, I get the same experience as I did this past night. Whatever they are doing to make this place better I hope they keep it up, cause this is one of my favorite food places and it’s in such an awesome area! Me and my bf might be doing a little after work date to pick up some Outback can’t wait to enjoy the food then also!

Nieca our server was incredible and WONDERFUL!!! we had a large party ( of 10) and she was on point the entire time! We had picky eaters, and she made sure everything was flawless and with a smile. 20/10!! She was perfect! Thank you for the great and memorable experience. Nieca you are a rockstar!

Absolute WORST outback experience ever. I went on Valentines day with my husband and it was truly terrible. I had to wait forever for a seat, then had to wait 30+ minutes for my food, not including the 30 minutes for SALADS. To make it worst my food came out cold, I was so irritated I didn’t even send it back, I could not wait any longer for food. The server, bless her heart she was sweet and so apologetic but this was truly ridiculous. Whoever is the owner should be ashamed of themselves, they cannot run an establishment at all. DO BETTER

I don’t usually start my day, or anyone else’s for that matter, like this; however, last night’s experience at Outback Hunt Valley calls for some attention. We came as a party of ten to celebrate my husband’s birthday. Although our group was accommodated and space was made for us, the evening went downhill rapidly. No one greeted us at the door for quite a while. It really wasn’t overwhelmingly busy; plenty of tables were empty. Upon finally greeting us, the hostess told me she needed a minute to find a server who could “handle a group our size”…. went to our table, no silverware, a few menus, and the wait began. The bartender claimed she was doing us a favor by serving us because so many people are flooding in (isn’t that the point of restaurant work), and could we please order quickly. And, by the way, still not busy.
Orders for waters and tea were taken and another server brought some. We waited. Pressured to order apps we did so yet had to ask for silverware. Had to ask for a gluten-free menu three times. Asked several people, yet no one remembered long enough to provide one. Ordered dinner, had to ask for water refills, and after promising the gluten-free dinner would be flagged for the kitchen, it came out with fried onions. My daughter waited through a plethora of excuses and blame shifting, yet we were all finished eating when her dish was put on the table. Dirty dishes stacked up, empty glasses everywhere and yet another server did his best to make sure the birthday song was over-the-top. Too late. And no one else was offered dessert despite a few of us wanting something.
Icing on the cake, dead batteries in the card reader. Had to get up and walk around looking for help. No manager ever in sight or checking in ( I probably wouldn’t at this location myself). Let’s finish this by saying I have several years’ experience in restaurant serving, and ALL of the basics are missing at Outback. Awful. There’s no resolution here because we will not return. Last eyar, coincidentally, my sister and I tried to have lunch there and after being seated, waited TWENTY minutes before getting up and leaving. No server, no concern, no explanation. We gave it another chance, but never again. Can’t imagine this place will last long.
