Unfortunately, I can’t recommend this location. I ordered the lobster dinner to go, and the lobster was dry. The broccoli appeared rotten, with visible discoloration on the ends. Very disappointing for the price.

Delicious!! The wings and burgers were incredible with a really good Happy Hour menu. The bartender, forgive me because I forgot her name, but she was so thoughtful and nice and made a really good Long Island! When i come back to the area, this will be my destination for food, laughs, and good folks!

Yesterday my husband took me and our 4 kids, all ages 5 and under here to eat. We were greeted by the hostess, a young gentleman who was very polite and led us to our table. Shortly after being seated, our server Tia came over and introduced herself and we ordered our drinks. Tia was professional and very attentive. The food was wonderful but the dessert was my favorite, it was the salted caramel cookie with ice cream (Idk if that’s the actual name of it). I will definitely be back in a few weeks, we all enjoyed ourselves.

Food was awesome. My steak came out a little undercooked but they fixed that with no problem. (I’m a well donner) Bartender made excellent drinks. Venus had exceptional customer service and made us felt welcomed and even convinced me to take a cruise. Overall best Outback Steakhouse I have been. Will definitely be returning. Thank you guys for such great service.

I ordered take out 2/16/26, and have mixed feelings about my experience.
The food was quite good, especially tasty with generous portions. However, please add an option to the ordering process for ideal customization of entrees and for the entire order at the end. For example, add extra butter or extra salad dressing. If you add this with an option for the quantity desired, you can charge the customer for however many they want to order.
Put bread and cutlery for every entree ordered. I had two entrees, but when I got home, bread and cutlery for only one entree. I was very disappointed.
Finally, have the mall turn on parking lot lights. Over the past three months, the last two times I went for pickup, the lights in the area were off. I didn’t feel safe.
I want to keep choosing this location, but improvements are needed.

I don’t write reviews often, but this one was a must, even before driving off the parking lot. I visited Outback as part of a large party. We arrived for our 12:30 p.m. Friday reservation and were seated almost immediately. The hostess staff was very welcoming and friendly.
However, the true highlight of our experience was our lead waiter, Evan. He is the epitome of customer service—the face card, without question. From the moment service began, Evan demonstrated an exceptional level of professionalism, attentiveness, and composure. His professionalism, warm smile, patience, poise, and incredible memory were remarkable. Managing 20+ orders and 30-40 additional requests with such ease is no small feat, yet Evan never missed a beat. He appropriately delegated and requested assistance when needed, without disrupting service or our guest experience.
Throughout the entire two-hour experience, his temperament never wavered. He consistently went above and beyond expectations. Several of us—especially those with high standards for restaurant service—were equally impressed. There was absolutely nothing to complain about when it came to him.
While the food met expectations, it was Evan’s exceptional gift for hospitality that truly elevated the entire experience. If I were able to rate “Service,” with ten stars, I would! He represents the highest standard of customer service, and Outback is extremely fortunate to have such a high-caliber employee on its team.

I was here not long ago with my kids and they got sick same week. We asked to please cook the shrimp and lobster a bit more it had a smell on it a bit fishy side. We got home the next day the bathroom was his spot throughout the day, and the next went to the hospital. This was a terrible experience and we paid for something that made our week worst, it would be hard to come back or consider it. If I wasn’t paying attention to my child eating it could have been worse please make sure this dont happens people can get very sick.

I honestly don’t know what happened to this Outback location, but the whole experience felt off from the moment I walked in. The look and design of the place are rundown and give off a chaotic, almost ghetto vibe—not at all what you expect when you’re trying to sit down for a decent family dinner. People were walking out left and right from their table, and not sure if result from outback staff or what?
The quality of the food didn’t make things any better. Everything tasted rushed and poorly prepared, like no one in the kitchen really cared. For the prices they charge, you’d expect something at least presentable, but it all felt low-quality and inconsistent.
And the bar? Completely out of pocket. Instead of a relaxed atmosphere, it was full of loud, drunk people, making the whole place feel more like a rowdy dive than a family-friendly restaurant. Definitely not somewhere I’d bring kids or anyone looking for a calm meal.
Overall, this location needs serious improvement—from the environment to the food to the behavior happening around the bar. Until then, I won’t be coming back.

Primary reason for 3 stars is because of our amazing server! He was super kind & polite & gave us good suggestions for appetizers. We got the grilled shrimp which was good, it was served on an oily bread that did not seem edible so we just ate the shrimp. The food took a while at least 20 minutes to come out, we were super hungry. My partner got the grilled chicken but it was extremely oily & the skin practically fell off. He did say the mashed potatoes were creamy and good. I ordered the shrimp & steak pasta, my pasta was extremely oily and salty, the steak was good but the shrimp were also salty. This was our first time dinning here.
