If I could give a -zero for this review, I would. Upon walking in the door to outback it was a horrible experience. (it was freezing) once seated at the table we didn’t receive any utensils nor greeting. We ordered some chicken wings for appetizers which were raw. I asked the waiter for napkins and didn’t receive Any until Once we received our chicken wings back, the waiter told us not to enjoy them.. Once the main entrée Came it was cold, I ordered a Joey sirloin for my son which came back extremely hard, and my son couldn’t chew it at this point the waiter was nowhere to be found to complain. The cleaning lady kept tapping her hair At the checkin counter (as if it hasn’t been cleaned in two months.) which was right next to our table. We got fed up and left our food behind Unfortunately, we paid our bill with deep disappointment. I wouldn’t recommend this outback to anyone

Servers could have been overall better but unfortunately for Valentine’s Day they dropped the ball. Our server was a young lady who started out strong with being nice, attentive, and getting our appetizer/drink orders in a timely manner. After we got our appetizer and drinks, she came back to get the entree order, and this is where the problem started. After taking our entree order we watched her take care of all her other tables frequently. Time went by, she didn’t check on us at all, then realizing after talking and enjoying our drinks/appetizer and watching ppl that came in after us, eat and leave, our entree didn’t show up at all. We got her attention a few times and asked about our entrees and she instantly got an attitude and told us she put the order in. When our food finally arrived it was cold, and we were out of time to eat because we had another engagement to go to. We think we were over charged as well.

ATMOSPHERE: Dining area was well lit, nose level wasn’t that bad.
Some advice, the food industry isn’t something you should mess up in, especially if you make your money through tips. In today’s day and age you are tipped according to SERVICE. If you are great at service, your tip will be great, if you are BS with your service, your tip (if you get one) will be bad. Do better Outback!!!! Stop have children run the restaurant and pay the good ones what they deserve.

The young man that came to greet me at the car… had impeccable Customerservice! I was totally impressed to the point. I was looking around like am I being punked… then he offered me something to drink while I had to wait about 10 minutes which was so lovely and just so polite… giving me eye contact confirming my name I said wow is this 2026 or 1950 I looked down to see if he had rollerskates on. That’s how far back it took me because he was so respectful.

Food was eh! My wife and I have had much better food before. The last couple of times that we have been there, the food kind of sucked. Sara, the bartender and our server was awesome. The atmosphere was great until a bunch of guys came in and sat near the bar and smelled like they were hot boxing in the car.

I am writing to formally express my extreme disappointment regarding a recent dining experience at your establishment. What should have been an enjoyable meal was instead marred by a significant lack of professional service from our server, Benjamin, and an equally troubling response from the manager on duty.

From the very beginning, our interaction with Benjamin was unsatisfactory. Basic courtesies, such as inquiring about our meal or ensuring we had essential items like silverware and drinks, were entirely overlooked. We had to wait an excessive amount of time for a requested beverage, which was forgotten and only arrived well over an hour into our meal. It was particularly frustrating to observe Benjamin engaging in casual conversation with other staff members while our table remained unattended and our needs unmet.

When I initially brought these concerns to the attention of the manager, I was met with an unhelpful and unexpectedly accusatory demeanor. There was a notable absence of any apology or acknowledgement of responsibility for the substandard service. Following a brief discussion between the manager and Benjamin, our forgotten drink was finally delivered, but without a single word or any attempt at genuine service recovery from our server. He continued to walk past our table repeatedly, neglecting to offer basic services like providing boxes for leftovers or inquiring if we desired dessert.

My subsequent request to speak with the manager again resulted in an even more astonishing interaction. Despite my clear account, she dismissed my claims, stating that Benjamin had engaged with us – a conversation that simply did not occur, particularly as she was not on the floor to witness the complete lack of engagement. Shockingly, she proceeded to accuse me of fabricating the extent of the poor service. It was only when she approached the table behind us, whose occupants corroborated my exact statements and confirmed their own similar experiences of minimal interaction from Benjamin, that my account was reluctantly acknowledged.

This entire episode, from the complete disregard by our server to the manager’s defensive and dismissive handling of a legitimate complaint, was utterly unacceptable. To be accused of dishonesty when seeking to address a genuine service failure is profoundly disheartening and reflects a serious lapse in customer relations. This incident underscores a critical need for additional training for both serving staff and management, especially in areas of customer service, conflict resolution, and accountability. This was, unequivocally, the most frustrating and disappointing dining experience I have ever encountered at any Outback location.

Server was overwhelmed. She never brought my bread. Mi Ribeye as medium well but they brought it out medium with a lot of blood. I returned it for additional cooking and it came back dry and well done. I gave the server a 18 % tip. It was not her fault that she was stretched across the store. Just be alert

Food was good one for the special but I thought you get to sleep and shrimps together but it was okay I just had to buy two meals. The drinks was good too I had a strawberry daiquiri but the cup surprise me it was a little too small usually the restaurants in your big glass of strawberry daiquiri for the amount that you paying for it

This particular Outback has out-performed others more local to my home. Their food is consistently delicious.

Marina R was my server and, despite my late arrival — 1 hr before closing — she attended to me with the energy and enthusiasm that her very first customer would’ve received.

I had the sirloin steak, baked potato, and French onion soup, accompanied by a house margarita. This is a staple meal for me, and they have never disappointed.

I have lauded my dining experience to their manager before on multiple occasions. And each time, the praise is graciously received.

If you’re looking for a great meal in a friendly atmosphere, look no further. This is the place for you!
