I went to this location on 2/8 Super Bowl night to be exact. I got there about 850pm not knowing they close at 930. I went to the bar and quickly ordered since I knew what I was getting. I only got a sprite wings and a side of fries. I got the sprite that wasn’t sprite it was actually seltzer water. Then, after asking for a different drink, I got another glass, which was seltzer water. So I just changed my drink to a Pepsi or a Coke. Then about five minutes later or less, I got my wings, which were all drums Not one flat and I love wings so of course I would want at least one flat or two I got absolutely none so I said OK I’ll deal with that. Waited for my fries cause I only ordered two things and my fries came out about 15 minutes after I got my wings and I only ordered two things. The manager was nice to accommodate the fries being late, but let’s be real. I ordered two things. I was out of there by 9:15pm. I will not be going back there.

Krista( Christa) was great very attentive. She recommended the delmonico rib eye. Loved every bite. Can never go wrong with the blossom onion. Cesar dressing is great one of my favorite. The dessert was ok I like how the crew work together. That’s a plus in my book

I never usually complain but this is insane. My family waited for almost 2.5 hours for food! It’s wasn’t just me and my family, but everyone else, some waited for 3 hours! My mother had waited for 15 minutes for a refill of her soda. If you don’t have enough staff then at least put a limited seating sign up if you are understaffed.

This is the worst Outback I’ve ever been to!!! Once I was seated it took 15 minutes for the waiter to ACKNOWLEDGE and FINALLY come come over to our table!! Once the order was placed we waited another 25 minutes for food… food was dropped off with NO NAPKINS NO SILVERWARE…. Asked for the manager he never came… I saw a man walking pass I said are u the manager he said yes I said wow I asked to speak with u 20 minutes ago… I explained my frustration to him he offered us free desserts once we ate the nasty food it took forever for the desserts to come out I order the chocolate thunder one brownie was FRERZING COLD AT THIS POINY I FEEL LIKE IM BEING PRANKED THE WHOLE EXPERIENCE WAS DELAY AND AWFUL NEVER AGAIN

General Manager (Joseph) and Amelio (server/bartender) are the best employees and I love coming here just to catch up with them. When I come to this location – I feel like the employees are family and I really built a bond with them. The food is always good and never have an issue with food, customer service or prices. They have a great 3 course menu and 10$ take home!!! make sure you ask about it… I love coming here.

Don’t waste your time here. Put my name in at 6pm for a party of 6, I was told 1 hour wait. At 1 hour they said another 25mins. Finally left at 8:10pm without ever getting seated. Waited 2 hours and 10 minutes. The hostesses couldn’t really gaf and have no concept of how long the wait will be. If I had been told it would be over 2 hours from the beginning I never would have put my name in. Never eating at an Outback again, and surely no one there will gaf.

Saturday late afternoon at that restaurant? Not the best idea! Waited forever, then had to chase down my table. The coconut shrimp were amazing, but my steak was practically still mooing! ( I ordered a medium temperature). I will NEVER send food back to the kitchen! My daughter saved the day by finishing it, so no food wasted. Might try again, but definitely at a different time or day.#WaitTime #Steak #Shrimp
