I hadn’t been to an outback steakhouse in years and my daughter had never been so we decided to see if it was still good. The blooming onion was just as good as I remembered it! We both loved our food except sadly my steak was just OK. For it being a Steakhouse it was kind of a letdown. Everything else is great… Such as the broccoli and baked potato. I definitely want to come back but I hope my sick will be less chewy next time I have a little more flavor.

Blooming onion was sadly a disappointment. A section of it was shrunken and most of it was burnt so we had to return it. Everything else was amazing. We tried the new spicy mango-Rita and it was very good. The Tennessee wings were also a hit, but on the spicy side.

The food was amazing but cleaniness could be improved. Our booth was sticky and the steak knives had food particles/spots on it from the previous use. The waiter promptly changed it but wasn’t apologetic. The manager did walk around to make sure we were happy with everything. Overall, we had a good experience.

As always food and atmosphere were great but our server SHANE was wonderful. He is super friendly and polite. I was with a party of 7 two of which were a little up there in years and Shane was beyond patient and did not mind repeating himself multiple times. We never had to ask for anything twice. Actually I don’t think we ever had to ask for anything at all Shane always had what we needed before we even had a chance to ask for it. Everyone at our table loved him. I suggest whenever you eat at the Bensalem Outback that you ask to be seated in Shane’s section.

First, some point of reference. My family and I have been frequenting the outback for 30 years. It’s our go-to steakhouse. Nothing fancy, but the food is very good to excellent (no matter which outback you go to). There are plenty of reasons not to go to chain restaurants, but at least with the outback, you know you’re going to sit down to a good meal with even better service. Are there better steak houses? Of course, but the outback consistently gives a good product at a reasonable price. Unfortunately, we decided to do a large take-out order yesterday. By large, I mean it was for 10 people and the bill was just under $300. Now I realize with takeout, especially with steaks, it’s difficult to get it the food as good as it would be in the restaurant, but there was one stand-out problem that really should never have happened. One of the large filet mignon steaks was absolutely terrible. My wife and I ordered the same exact meal. Both of us got the large fillet, mine was beautiful and perfect and hers was so bad (full of gristle and fat, oddly shaped, not trimmed, and not even close to being near the size of mine, anyway, it was absolutely inedible. It looked like and end and really should not have passed whatever QC they have in place. I’m really posting this so that hopefully the restaurant manager will look into this so that future customers don’t have this happened to them.

We had a very nice experience. It was my son in laws first time ever at Outback and he gives it 5 stars as well. We got to celebrate my hubby who is stationed in Kuwait and so we thought we would bring him with us. I have a terrible memory however a Huge shout out to our waitress and Tonya for being warm and welcoming. You showed interest in us as people and appreciated my husbands dedications to our US military. Always a pleasant experience at the Bensalem Outback. Wonderful staff and great service. Thank you.

We were seated right away, and the service was great. Food was very good too, and coffee was fresh. It’s a chain restaurant, but the atmosphere was fun and not to loud and you could still hear yourself talk. We had the fried mushrooms, bourbon glazed salmon, chicken fingers with fries, and macaroni and cheese. Carrot cake and coffee for dessert. All was very good.
