First and foremost, the food here was good but the service was absolutely TERRIBLE. TERRIBLE. TERRIBLE. TERRIBLE. Our waitress walked in circles & never followed up with us or brought us over our refills. She was in charge of 2 other tables besides ours and somehow couldn’t manage. It took her 15 mins just to bring our check at the end. Clearly there is zero training on customer service or how to properly waitress. Apparently there is no management at this location either.

The hostesses barely acknowledged me as I entered. No “Welcome” or “Hello”. My waitress (Jen), however, was super fast and friendly and I was greeted as soon as I was seated at the table. She made sure the food came out hot and fast.

Although we’ve been here before I felt motivated to write a quick review after last evening’s visit. Took my son to celebrate his successful sophomore year at PHS. The food was really outstanding. Brian (owner) thoughtfully came by to ask about how my son wanted his prime rib prepared. Our server was efficient and friendly. Great experience!

This has become a regular spot for both my business colleagues and my family alike. Recently they made a mistake with our steak and the staff rectify the mistake and gave us a credit for another steak on the house. The owner Brian make sure He came over to make sure our steak was made to perfection. Thank You for making my family feel welcomed at your restaurant.

We were a group of 11 people, so I knew it would be much, but it seemed difficult for the waitress to get our orders straight and the checks. We were also charged a flat 18% gratuity because we sat together. Some objected to that charge, and as a result, generous tippers who oftentimes give more didn’t. Food was not as good as I remember, but we were a large group.

Visiting from out of town, not my usual Outback. The food and service were great. Every one in my party loved their food. I had the Toowoomba Salmon and it was excellent. My father and mother in law come here all the time and love it.
