Food was ok. I noticed that our waitress Nikki was in a bad mood and she seemed to be annoyed and have attitude like a teen girl on a Disney Channel show.We went he to celebrate a birthday for my Uncle and the experience was ok. Might come back soon if Nikki takes happy pills. Go to Texas Roadhouse or Chili’s instead for better friendly service.

Came here for dinner on a pretty slow day. The wings we ordered were really good. I asked for a medium steak but got a medium rare steak with the middle being rare. The shrimp that came with my meal was extremely salty. The soup another member at my table got came in a bowl that was piping hot, but the soup was lukewarm. Overall the service was good.

Haven’t been here since forever, I really wanted to try their blooming onion, I wasn’t sure what to expect. It was definitely delicious, so easy to pull apart and the sauces that came with it were yummy. Place was quiet, but it was a Wednesday afternoon so I didn’t expect it to be packed. Waiter was friendly and service was fast. The only issue was and this didn’t come from me but my son since he order the cheeseburger apparently it was too greasy which made the eating experience kinda messy, lettuce ended up getting soggy fast, taste was great but just kind of sloppy. That was the only negative, the rest of the dishes were great, I had the chicken that had the same seasoning as the blooming onion which was so moist and crunchy at the same time.

Really disappointing experience tonight. I ordered a steak cooked to a specific doneness, and what came out was completely off. Not even close. When you are paying steakhouse prices, the absolute bare minimum expectation is that they can cook a steak correctly. That did not happen.

What made it worse was how it was handled. I politely brought it to the manager’s attention, expecting either a remake or for the steak to be removed from the bill. Instead, the manager was dismissive, unapologetic, and frankly rude. No effort to fix the situation, no real concern about the guest experience, just attitude. That kind of response is unacceptable in any restaurant, especially one that claims to be a steakhouse.

Mistakes happen in kitchens. That is not the main issue. The problem is the lack of accountability and the poor customer service after the mistake. I left feeling frustrated and unheard, and still paid for a steak that was not cooked properly.

Places like Texas Roadhouse consistently prove that great guest service is not that hard. They make sure food is right and guests are taken care of. That is where I will be going from now on.

First of all me and my boyfriend made a reservation for 10:00, we got there early and we were seated. The food was great but our server had our appetizer’s, entree’s and deserts come out all at the same time. We had just taken our first bite of our food and our server comes back asking if we need boxes, mind you our plates were full deserts weren’t touched yet, and she asked if we need box’s. Every other server around us was very nice telling customers to take their time and ours rushed us the entire time. Worst customer service experience we’ve ever had. Food was still amazing but she needs to be re trained on how to properly attend to customers. Especially on our anniversary/ Valentine’s Day. Unbelievable.

We planned to eat at Texas Roadhouse, but they were closed, so we came here instead—and what a great decision it was. Huge thanks to Jenn, our awesome waitress, and Mikayla, the manager. The service was outstanding and the food was amazing. Highly recommended, and we’ll definitely be back.

I had a great experience picking up a DoorDash order from this Outback location! Amanda and Liz were incredibly kind, helpful, and on top of everything, they made sure I had everything I needed and were so pleasant to interact with. People like this make dashing so much smoother thank you both! I hope to be dashing from here more often!!!

Went with my family tonight for dinner. Food was great and the waiter (Chris) was fantastic. Very nice staff and attentive. Food was great and we were not rushed. Overall we had a great night out with the family and will definitely return.
