We had a great dinner at Outback Steakhouse recently, and the entire experience was top-notch from start to finish.
THE FOOD:
We started the night with two appetizers: the Three Cheese Steakhouse Spiced Spinach and, of course, the classic Bloomin’ Onion. Both were hot, fresh, and exactly what we were craving. For my main course, I went with the Steakhouse Salad, and it was awesome — I ordered my steak rare, and the chef cooked it exactly how a rare steak should be! Usually, whenever I order rare steak, I get it medium, not at Outback, though, yay! The showstopper l of the night was the Steamed Lobster Tails— literally no words, JUST YUM.
Heads Up: As a side, always order their asparagus, especially for the lobster rolls. They were out of asparagus (which is the best side for this dish, trust us), so we ordered the broccoli instead…
THE BEER:
To wash it down, we tried their Bloomin’ Blonde Ale. It’s a really crisp—apparently, it’s their house beer, too.
Exceptional Service:
The highlight of our night, however, was the service. A massive shoutout to our server, Elijah! He was super attentive and friendly, making sure we had everything. It’s incredibly rare to find such genuine hospitality, and Elijah truly made our meal special.
Bottom Line:
Great food, cold drinks, and stellar service. We will definitely be back!

I dined at Outback in Yonkers, NY, yesterday evening for lunch with my significant other. The service and staff were really great, and we appreciated the friendly atmosphere. However, we had an upsetting experience with our food. While my partner was eating, they began to itch and break out in hives. We soon discovered mold growing on the outside of the sweet potato, which was very concerning since my partner has a mold allergy. We had to go next door to purchase Benadryl immediately. While the staff did offer us our meal for free, the situation was quite scary and upsetting. I hope the management takes this seriously to prevent such incidents in the future.

We got a lot of food but the problem was that it was a bit salty. We requested less salt but it still tasted a bit salty. The drink was delicious.
Make sure to check the bill. Ours had the game app charged even though we never used it. I pointed it out to our server and he corrected it.

Customer service gets five stars here, but I cannot say the same about the food. I asked for a wedge salad and it was a very pretty display on the menu – instead, I received a piece of wedge iceberg with toppings on it. I’m not paying to do your job – Chop up the salad and place it on my plate. I also ordered shrimp – which the seasoning on the outside was very salty and overcooked while the shrimp however were cooked just right and they were actually deveined which is not common in a chain restaurants .. the mashed potatoes I received were ice cold, not even warm. I ordered a croctale, yes, it’s a mixed drink with a cute crocodile on top, but it was ultra sugary and you couldn’t even taste the alcohol. I drank two sips of it and left it behind. I was supposed to get a piece of cheesecake in the end, I didn’t even bother staying to get it . I seem to remember outback steakhouse being much better in the past. 4/13/25 Noon

I came here on Veterans day to celebrate two of my cousin’s birthdays. We all had a terrible experience. I understand it isn’t easy to serve a big group, however, the simplest tasks were overlooked apart from the most important ones. Despite the server trying her best to keep us all happy she failed.
First, drinks took way too long for some people in our table and very quick for others. A simple bottle of wine took an hour to get to our table but 2 cocktails took only minutes. A simple request of water took longer than asking for a cocktail. Most of the utensils were still dirty despite being rolled up in a napkin.
As for the food we all had patiently waited a very long time for was lackluster at best. Most orders were wrong and most of the food was cold when given to us. I ordered a steak medium and my wife ordered a steak well done. The steaks were swapped. I ordered a baked potato and got mashed potato. Out of everything I ordered the only thing that was good was the chili.
I understand that Veterans day may have had an impact on the restaurant, however, if they cannot accommodate to a big group after the fact then they shouldn’t let us have such a terrible experience. I will not be spending my money in this establishment ever again.

I went to Outback Steakhouse for my mother’s 90th birthday, as it is a place she’s been wanting to visit since the longest. Making a reservation was super convenient and simple, and the staff was very eloquent and respectful. Their food was very delectable, my tastebuds were creaming. Their service was slower this particular day, but regardless everything was still top quality. My biggest concern was the media being shown to TV. Several times, there would be naked people on all of the TVs, presumably during commercials and the staff failed to recognize this absurdity. I kindly asked one of the staff to change the channel, as it is not respectful to show naked people while customers eat. However, no change was made and the naked people kept appearing every 2 to 3 minutes.

The sever Eli was great and let’s talk about the food. The macaroni and cheese bites was amazing my boyfriend and I Loved it and with the dipping sauce it was heavenly. Then I got the chopped pecan blue cheese salad. This salad was one of the best salads I tried. I am a salad junkie I’ve been eating salad since I was basically 2 years old so you can imagine I’ve ate many salads. One of the best salads I’ve ate was in Austria and this was right there with that. The salad dressing was so delicious and pecans was really nice and fresh. The blue cheese was creamy and fresh. Overall definitely a must to try you won’t be disappointed. I got the Queensland chicken and shrimp with pasta meal the fettuccine and Alfredo sauce was delicious creamy and cheesy. The shrimp seasoning was amazing. The chicken was nice tender and juicy. Overall great dish definitely recommend. My boyfriend got the sirloin and chicken dish. The sirloin he said it was nice and juicy and the chicken he devour it. My drink was nice and sweet I loved my Koala drink. Definitely recommend this place if you want to eat nice and satisfying.

Service here sucks arrived at 4:30pm and We Ask the Hostess for a Booth Instead of a hightop table and it was only a party of 3 And She Said it’s a 10 Minute Wait Mind you There are 7 Empty Booths when i mentioned that to her her reply was they don’t have enough Servers in today if that’s the Case Then This Location Should Be Shut Down Any Other Outback Steakhouse I’ve been to Never Operated Like This

Aileen the assistant manager & Jorge have to be two of the best servers I’ve ever had. The prices are reasonable and the quality of the food is fresh. After a somewhat unpleasant experience the first time around I decided to give them another try. There was definitely redemption and everything was near a five star experience. Good job guys!
