We dined at the Outback in Mays Landing NJ tonight. When I pulled up to the front door curb to let my mother out, a very nice gentleman (may have been the manager) came out and took her hand and helped her walk into the restaurant. I was so grateful for his kindness. Brian was our server and was absolutely perfect! Friendly, attentive and quick. Will definitely return.

Wow what a wonderful experience, not only was our waiter Drew a delight but we waited maybe a few minutes too long for our apps (which we didn’t even realize) and the manager comped our one app, delivering it himself. They didn’t need to do that at all, everything else was wonderful. We had their traditional blooming onion of course, along with coconut shrimp. Both were wonderful and always consistent. I tried their new strawberry chicken and arugula salad, it had nice crumbly candied walnuts and goat cheese, it was SO good I would make it myself. Then my boyfriend had their blooming onion burger, he said the doneness was on point, perfect medium and it tasted great, we will be back! Again our server DREW was wonderful and recommended the new salad after I said I was apprehensive and I’m so glad he did.

Went to dinner with wife and kids one night and had JACKIE as our server. From the moment we sat down she was attentive and made sure we were ok and drinks were full . She was extremely helpful with menu questions and making sure our orders came out perfect. Meal was great but took a backseat to outstanding service we received. We will def be back and be requesting Jackie again for making our experience at Outback memorable.

Celebrating my granddaughters birthday we came here around 2 pm. Service was ok but a little slow. She loves steak. My husband loves prime rib and since it was a weekend they serve it all day. Not here. We were told that it wasn’t available until evening. My husband said the menu says it’s available all day. He said the person who prepared it was late coming in and it wasn’t ready. Ok. Disappointment. Then 3 of us ordered shrimp. It was over seasoned for all of us, the seasoned rice was not seasoned at all. It was difficult to eat it was so spicy I needed another drink but our server didn’t show up until I was almost done. Update: I was contacted by the manager and he was very apologetic and sent me a couple of cards to come back and give them a second chance. I certainly will. Thank you for your conscientiousness!

Once Upon a Time I arrived at the outback with my dad on a Friday after a hard day at school looking to have our traditional cheese fries. And once I met Drew the waiter he changed my whole cheese fry experience forever, I even dreamed about him and he was handing me cheese fries in the dream. Drew should be getting paid extra by his customers to be his waiter because he is so handsome. I want to come to the outback just to see him every day and if I could I would because he is so nice and happy. Drew the waiter should be promoted to the owner of the business and call the place “Drew’s Outback Steakhouse”
