The waitress Adrianna was AWESOME!!! She made my grandmothers birthday so special! The staff was amazing as well. I definitely want to come back here and have Adrianna basically host all my families bday events !!! Definitely deserves a raise and recognition for not only being the best waitress, but making this a great memory for all of us to remember and this great memory starts with her! Shout out Adrianna for being #girlboss and literally just being a great human being . Hard to come across these days but with her attitude and passionate personality, there is faith! Will be returning because of Adrianna ❤️

I haven’t been in a long time. During a road trip coming back from DC to NYC, I ended up at Cherry Hill NJ and had a chance to visit an Out back location. I was pleasantly surprised by the service and the quality of the steaks. I got the bone in Delmonico and it was juicy, well seasoned and cooked in a perfect medium-rare. The beer selection was a bit ordinary but went nicely with my steak. I had a side of clam chowder and mashed potatoes which were ok but the highlight was the steak. I look forward to my next visit. I recommend you give it a try also!

Our waitress was great! Very friendly, timely, and offered suggestions.
My husband got chicken, Mac & cheese, and red skinned mashed potatoes. I got the small 6oz sirloin w/ mushroom & bacon topped chicken, seasonal veggies, and red skinned mashed potatoes. He loved his for the most part.
I wasn’t as fond of mine-the steak was just ok, I’m a little picky with chicken -that was a little off on texture for me. The seasonal veggies were ok but weren’t cooked long enough(carrots still hard).
I know not every meal can be amazing and I’ve had good and bad meals here so I’d say, it’s still worth trying if you haven’t been. Atmosphere is also really cool

My family and I went to Outback on a Friday night. It had been a while since my last visit, and I was craving the Bloomin’ Onion, which turned out to be delicious—just like the bread. Our waitress, Bobbi, was friendly overall, but she completely messed up our order. On top of that, the silverware was dirty, and the margaritas we ordered were overloaded with syrup, juice, and extra ice. Unfortunately, the service was terrible.

ANTICIPATED A GREAT PLACE FOR A GOOD MEAL AND A DELIGHTFUL EVENING – Went to Outback Steakhouse with my neighbors and we had a fun evening and fantastic service. We were there to celebrate and our waitress went right along with our jovial mood. I ordered the 6 oz. Sirloin and Alice Springs Chicken combo. The chicken was very tender and good. I ordered my sirloin medium rare and it was very dry and did not have any taste. I also ordered a sweet potato and asparagus, which were both delicious. Their warm Honey Wheat Bread is good. For desert I had The Chocolate Thunder From Down Under, which was very good. This was my first visit to Outback. Since then, I have placed two delivery orders, which were both a big disappointment. The first order arrived right on time and consisted of Alice Springs Chicken, it was dry and had no taste – a far cry from the dish I had at the restaurant. The second order arrived 15 minutes late. I ordered their hamburger and was very disappointed. It was basically an extremely greasy hamburger salad with a slice of cheese, some shredded lettuce, a slice of tomato, 3 pieces of pickle slices, and some diced raw onion. PLUS, THE HAMBURGER WAS RAW!! Sorry to say, I have had it with the Outback Steakhouse and will not be ordering or visiting again.

What a phenomenal experience! We were greeted from the door and the greeter told us the name of our waitress as we were guided to our table.
When our waitress came over again she introduced herself and took our drinks order. She addressed my son and that was the highlight of my evening.
The food was served, and my eyes were filled, my tastebuds were treated like a queen. To top things off the leader on duty touched our table and thanked us for choosing to dine with them.
Overall, a truly beautiful experience and I was proud because I was with potential clients. Awesome way to serve and I am thankful to be on the receiving end.

Order pickup. Food was as described. The lady who brought the food to the car came out of the door before I could text to announce our arrival. She (failed to get her name) was absolutely delightful. Played with our dog. Would hope her management reads this and recognizes charming demeanor and professionalism.

The atmosphere was just okay. To start, the server, Samara was awful. No smile or no friendly tone. She seemed annoyed the entire time my family and I were seated. I watched her be attentive to every other table, but ours. My order came out wrong twice and I had to send some food back because it came out cold. The only reason that our meal wasn’t ruined was because Kristy, the manager out of her way to correct all the issues and ensure that I didn’t leave until satisfied. She was pleasant, understanding, and accommodating. She would be the only, and I mean only reason why I would return. Way to go, Kristy! Outback is lucky to have you.

The platypus drinks have a tight grip on my family… so much so that we keep coming back and are now part of the rewards program.

Steak and mashed potatoes were cold. Steak was also on the rare side of medium rare and very chewy. Our server also seemed in a bit of a rush because she was the only one waiting on Tables in the section even though five different people brought us our food and drinks.
